城市管理督察组2024年度上半年工作成效总结材料
如*小学北面，*小区对面，原林业局果园，因存在土地属性和产权纠纷，长期闲置，成了乱停乱放，流动摊贩聚集的场所，垃圾遍地，遇到刮大风，沙尘遍野，对面是学校和居民区，严重的影响到了学校和居民的日常生活，群众意见很大。*督察组多次组织自然资源局、交警队、环保局、环卫中心、金水湾物业、*社区和土地老板召开联席会议，都没有把问题解决掉。“五月攻坚月”开展以来，*督察组再次召集相关部门召开联席会议，经过多方协商，最终筹集资金3000元，清理里面的摊贩和常年堆积的垃圾，购买250米人工仿真草坪，对闲置空地进行了围护，彻底解决了脏乱差问题，得到了周围群众和师生家长的一致好评。（三）以钉钉子的精神去破解难题城市精细化治理，既要抓好贯彻落实，也要抓监督问责，通过严格督查、协商说服、通报问责等方式提升工作效能。

冬季霜多、雾多、雨雪多、气温低，给驾驭员开车增加了很多困难，也给行车安全带来许多不利因素。为确保冬季行车安全，重点应做好以下“防冻、防滑、防雾、防火“等四项工作：一要防冻因为冬季严寒气温低，大多数车辆在露天或一般车库停放过夜，易出现冻坏车辆的现象。因此，停车过夜的车辆，应选择干澡避风的地点。车头应朝着顺风方向，要注意把散热器和发动机体内的水彻底排放干净，储气简内的存气和余水也要排放干净，避免结冻。第二天启动发动机时，要先做好预热工作。一般可采用加注热水或蒸气预热的办法，启动机时，切记不能大轰油门，以防烧瓦、拉缸。起步前先用怠速升温到50摄氏度左右，便可起步，起步后要用低速挡慢行一段路，待底盘运转正常后，方可加速行驶。二要防滑冬季，在结冰打滑的道路上行车，车辆易横滑，转向的准确性往往失常。若遇有坡道险桥窄路，要特别谨慎，限速缓行。上坡保持均匀车速，下坡要使用发动机控制，转弯时车辆附着力小，离心力大，要提前减速慢生。若是路面特别滑时，要使用防滑链条。通过十字口时，应事先降低车速，避免紧急制动，引起侧滑现象，前后两车之间的距离也应当增加到正常行车间距和两倍以上。会车时，应在相距100米至150米处时。选择宽阔处停车礼让。三要防雾，当遇致电浓雾弥漫无法前进时（视线不到二米），应停车避让，待雾气减退情况好转再走，视线在30米以内，时速不得超过20公里。行进中应开亮雾灯、近光灯及尾灯。遇到对方来车要先鸣笛，减速让道，不准抢道行驶，不准抢行，不准超越同方向正在行驶的车辆。
