（一）做好宏观经济监测，着力加强研究谋划不断加强全市宏观经济监测预测，深入了解全市经济社会发展总体运行情况，做好全市经济运行监测分析。我市年预计地区生产总值351.89亿元，同比增长5.5%；预计农业总产值132.59亿元，同比增长12.1%；预计规模以上工业增加值66.15亿元，同比增长0.3%，其中预计工业园区增加值38.9亿元，同比下降1.5%；预计固定资产投资完成亿元，同比增长2.3%；预计社会消费品零售总额亿元，同比增长6%；预计商品房销售面积101.86万平方米，同比增长18.4%；预计商品房销售额62.65亿元，同比增长。（此预计数据是根据截至目前各专业提供的涉及GDP核算指标数据作为预计参考，最终以XX反馈的数据为准）（二）加快推进重点项目建设步伐我局加强对全市重点项目的统筹、协调、服务和管理，安排专人每月跟踪重点项目建设进度，做好督查落实，跟踪问效，及时掌握我市重点项目建设进展情况，形成书面汇总材料上报市委市政府作为决策参考。今年我市共安排重点建设项目74项，总投资457.31亿元，年度计划投资81.99亿元，全年完成投资66.74亿元，完成年度计划投资的81.39%。截止12月底，省道S539线XX黎湖至春湾清水塘段路面改造工程等20个项目已完工，41个在建项目中广湛高铁XX段工程等10个项目完成年度计划投资超过时序进度（100%），XX市情人河出水口市政桥工程等13个项目未开工。
