高考倒计时国旗下讲话稿：笑迎挑战，超越自我
尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：大家上午好！今天是5月8日，距离XX年高考还有30天。我今天讲话的主题是《笑迎挑战，超越自我》风雨拼搏这一年，距离我们期盼的高考还有30天了。为了迎接这一天，我们拼搏，我们执着，无论严寒，无论溽暑，我们披星戴月，我们步履匆匆，我们题海竞渡，我们书山登攀。教室里有我们求知的身影，办公室里留下了我们探究的回音；我们有过成绩一步一步上升的喜悦，也曾有过因成绩滑落而流下伤心的泪水……现在，还有30天，高考就要来了。30天，的确短暂。但正因为短暂，才更加珍贵；正因为短暂，我们才要倍加爱惜。多年的寒窗苦读，为的就是这最后的冲刺——决战的时刻。我始终相信一句话，“有志者，事竟成”。只要我们努力，就一定会有收获。也许有的同学说，只有30天，太晚了，但是，30天，可以改变许多东西！只要有1%的希望就要付出100%的努力，只要拼搏，就可能创造奇迹！还记得1992年巴塞罗那奥运会游泳馆，在决赛中我国运动员钱红毅然采取最后20米不换气的非常规游法，在所有运动员和教练员目瞪口呆中，钱红率先冲向终点，取得了冠军。事后，记者采访钱红，20米不换气会导致什么结果，她说，会缺氧而窒息昏迷，但是要想取得冠军就要不留一丝力气，就要拼，拼到最后连爬上游泳台的力气都没有，不给自己留一点遗憾。钱红的话，给了我很大的启发。因此我想告诉大家：这30天的拼搏依然很重要。

尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学和家长们：时光浅浅，冬日漫漫，附中师生，好久不见，你们还好吗？这段时间大家辛苦了！反反复复的疫情，致使居家网课成了学习的常态，它对你的学习和生活有影响吗？说没有，绝对是假的。离开了学习的专供场所——校园，离开了窗明几净的教室，离开了朝夕陪伴的老师，离开了团结友好又卷的厉害的同伴，在家学习，说实在的，缺少了一种氛围。人们常把一个陌生的温馨的环境比喻成家，家，就是一个港湾，是一个身体和灵魂的栖息地，可是疫情硬是让我们把家变成了学校，把客厅，卧室变成了教室。没有了教室课堂的约束，没有了老师目光的紧盯和交流，你的坐姿是否端正？一节课你是否一直全神贯注？有没有边听边吃边喝的时候？有没有起床后重返被窝的现象？和同学聊过天没？作业每次都实实在在独立完成吗？一天下来除了利用手机电脑学习，刷过抖音没？听过歌曲没？玩过游戏没？但愿这些都是我们无端的猜想和假设，是我们在杞人忧天，老师们很不放心啊！一直担忧线上学习的效率和效果。

小学数学人教版三年级下册《复式统计表》说课稿
一、说教材（一）教材内容地位作用与学情《复式统计表》是人教版小学教材三年级下册第3单元36～37页的内容。这部分内容属于“统计与概率”领域的内容。也是在学生在2年级下册初步学习了“数据收集整理”（简单单式统计表），对数据收集、整理记录与简单的数据分析已有初步体验的基础上开展教学的。教材结合学生日常生活活动喜爱的调查，引入教学。通过教学，既是对已学知识的拓展深化，又为进一步学习条形、折线统计图奠定基础，具有承上启下的作用。通过之前的学习，学生已经对统计表有了一个初步认识，并且能够对数据进行简单的收集、整理、描述，能够根据收集到的数据，经过整理后填写表格，体会到统计表的一般特点，有了这些知识基础，可以帮助学生很好地解决复式统计表的新知建构过程。但对于学生来说，经历数据收集、整理、描述、分析的过程，了解复式统计表的特点，体会复式统计表和单式统计表的联系与区别，我想，对学生来说具有一定的挑战性。
