2023年全面依法治市工作总结
四、存在的问题及下一步工作打算虽然我们的工作取得了一定的成绩，但按照法治政府建设工作要求，仍然存在以下问题：一是全系统干部职工学法用法意识还需进一步加强；二是法治宣传教育形式较单一，实效性还需进一步加强。（一）进一步树牢法治理念。一是严格落实D政主要负责人履行推进法治建设第一责任人制度，摒弃“会上重要、会下次要、工作中不要”的做法，坚持以身作则，以上率下，带头学法尊法守法用法，切实做到“法定职责必须为、法无授权不可为”。二是建立xx领域“线上线下”法治宣传教育体系，定期聘请专家教授、专职律师以及实践经验丰富的工作人员分门别类地开展讲座、培训，从工作实践入手，突出针对性与实用性，努力提升全系统干部职工的学法用法意识，进一步提高干部职工依法行政的能力。（二）进一步提高普法实效。一是以法治教育为重点，采用上门送法、社区座谈、以案释法等方式，加大普法力度。二是以群众需求为导向，根据群体的差异性，重点加强与其工作、生产、生活密切相关的法律法规宣传教育，提高普法教育的针对性和实效性。
违法借贷专项整治活动总结
三、强化突击检查，筑牢“安全线”。集中清查，堵塞漏洞。认真剖析违纪案例，查找安全隐患，引导xx人员认清酒驾危害，增强法纪敬畏之心，切实筑牢思想防线，真正做到内化于心、外化于行。严格落实好一日生活秩序，持续抓好队伍管理和安全防事故工作，紧盯“人、车、酒、网、电、密、”等重点环节，及时发现消除隐患苗头。严格落实常态测酒制度，突出对在外人员、值班人员和干部骨干的抽查，确保不落一人，全员覆盖，严防违规饮酒问题发生，为队伍始终安全稳定打下坚实基础。采取不打招呼，错时检查的方式对全体人员酒精测试进行排查，检查是否违规安装涉赌手机软件、是否参与网络赌博、是否存在借债、借贷、大额消费等情况，尤其是对涉酒、涉赌、涉贷等重点问题，及时发现化解潜在的风险隐患，坚决整治队伍管理松懈、纪律松弛、作风松散，严防各类事故案件的发生。
XX市工会2024年上半年法治工作总结
二是依法做好劳动争议调解工作。组建职工法律服务团，吸纳13名专业突出、热心公益的律师参与，明确法律援助工作流程及补贴标准，及时为职工提供专业、全面的法律咨询服务，引导职工依法理性表达诉求，今年接待职工来访100人次。联合市中级人民法院开展“法院+工会”劳动争议诉调对接工作，并在*市建立示范点，办理案件3件。三是全面提升工会法治建设水平。职工服务中心是各级工会组织开展法治宣传、服务职工的主要阵地。大力推动一站式职工服务中心建设，在全市范围内打造以市职工服务中心为龙头、乡镇（科局）职工服务中心为骨干，社区（村）职工服务中心为基础、企业职工服务中心为支撑的四级服务职工网络。服务中心设置了“政策咨询”、“法律援助”、“劳动争议调处”、“信访接待”、“心灵聊吧”和“权益维护”等服务窗口，促进工会法治建设进入了规范化、制度化和机制化轨道。
