With the separated difficult level, students can find there are usually three parts in writing. They can also learn to write without the unnecessary parts in the process of analyzing. And then I wouldn’t rush to tell them the right terms to them directly. Instead, I would ask them to name them by their own. A confused mind is better for acquiring knowledge.While-writing:Then I would give students 7 minutes to write down this story, without other requirements.With all the preparations in pre-writing, students’ difficulties were cleared. 承包人应在每月末应向监理工程师提交四份接监理工程师要求的格式报表，每份均由监理工程师按第15.1款规定的承包人代表签字，报表包括承包人认为到月底自己有权得到的以下有关各项的款额：（a）已实施的永久工程的价值；（b）工程量表中的任何其它项目，包括承包人的设备、临时工程、计日及类似项目；（c）表列材料及承包人在工地交付的用于永久工程的待安装设备发票价值的百分比，如投标书中附录中所注明的；（d）按第70款的调整；（e）按合同规定承包人有权得到的任何其它金额。如适应，月报表应包括如下项目并按其顺序考虑：（l）截止到本月末已实施完成永久工程以人民币计价的估计合同值，该值应据56款规定为工程量清单中书明的场本单价乘以由监理工程师测定的工程量。（2）按（1）中所述方法截止到上月末完成的永久性工程的估算合同值。（3）以当地货币表示的本月永久工程合同估算值，即上述（1）减掉（2）。（4）据表1所表明的外币百分比计算出（3项中当地货币和外币的数额根据52款规定，它是受变更影响的。
