老师们，同学们：早上好！很高兴今天有机会和大家一起交流。今天，我和大家交流的题目是《阅读与思考》。联合国教科文组织国际二十一世纪教育委员会报告《教育：财富蕴藏其中》提出了教育的四大支柱：学会求知、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会生存。同学们，你们知道该如何学会求知吗？对于你们小学生而言，学会求知，不仅包括学会很多知识，还包含着一系列掌握知识有关的能力，如：阅读能力、书写能力、观察能力、思考能力、表达能力，等等。而这些能力就好比是工具，没有这些工具，要掌握知识是不可能的。《教育：财富蕴藏其中》在“学会求知”中也提到：这种学习更多的是为了掌握认识的手段，而不是获得经过分类的系统化知识。而很多学生把学习仅仅归结为不断地积累知识、训练记忆和死记硬背。所以就出现了这样的现象：有些学生在小学低年级的时候勤学好问，聪明伶俐，理解力也很强，而到了中高年级就对变得对知识很冷漠，头脑也不再灵活了。在中高年级的课堂上经常是老师与极少数的学生的对话交流，其他学生成为了课堂冷漠的旁观者。就都是因为你们在学习中不会思考。而那些在课堂上善于思考，积极参与教师提问的学生，在家庭作业上下的功夫也不大，但他们的学业成绩却不差。
