学习，从遵守学习秩序做起老师们、同学们，大家早上好！今天我演讲的题目是：学习，从遵守学习秩序做起。以为专家说：“红绿灯的设置，不是为了那些遵守秩序的人，而是为了给每一个人一个提醒。”规范的学习秩序也是学习的重要保障，带上我们充沛的精力迎接老师吧！这样，才是良好纪律的开始。中国是一个有着“礼仪之邦”的大国，而敬师也是中华传统美德中必不可少的一点。当我们卸下慵懒，响亮地说出：老师好，不仅是对于老师的尊敬，同样是给我们以振奋的力量。上课时常会遇到或多或少的问题，先举手后发言，这不仅种传统，同样也是纪律的保证。我们总说学习紧张，忙碌像枷锁一样把自己绑得很紧，然而另一方面呢？难的所拥有的自习课时间，却成为一些同学活动、聚会的美好时光。你可知道，这样做不仅可能影响到其他同学，更让人心疼的是你所浪费的宝贵时间。

尊敬的各位老师、亲爱的同学们：大家好!我今天国旗下讲话的题目是《好习惯，益终生》。法国学者培根说过，“习惯是人生的主宰，人们应该努力追求好习惯。”是的，行为习惯就像我们身上的指南针，指引着我们的行动。爱因斯坦有句名言，“1个人取得的成绩往往取决于性格上的伟大。”而构成性格的，正是日常生活中的1个个好习惯。好习惯养成得越多，个人的能力就越强。养成好的习惯，就如同为梦想插上了翅膀，它将为人生的成功打下坚定的基石。小时候的鲁迅先生，就养成了不迟到的习惯，他要求自己抓紧时间，时刻叮嘱自己凡事都要早做。这位以“小跑走完1生”的作家，在中国文学史上留下了辉煌的业绩。可见，行为习惯对1个人各方面的素质起了决定性的作用。在中国南方发生过这样1个故事冒号1家著名的企业公开招聘管理人才，在应聘者当中，有高学历的人，也有口才非常出众的公关人员，更有曾经从事过管理工作的人。但是，到了最后，负责招聘的企业老总却选中了1位在走廊上随手捡起1张废纸的应聘者。有人问企业老总冒号“为什么你要选那位不占任何优势的应聘的人呢?”企业老总回答说，“1个有好习惯的员工，就是1座金矿;有这种人格魅力的人，1定可以为公司创造更多的财富。”是的，当1个人养成了良好的习惯，他的人格魅力便会自然得到提升。

我认识圣陶先生是在成都，1941年春天的一个细雨蒙蒙的上午。那时候我在华西大学中国文化研究所工作，圣陶先生在四川省教育科学馆工作。教育科学馆计划出一套供中学语文教师用的参考书。其中有一本《精读指导举隅》和一本《略读指导举隅》，是由圣陶先生和朱佩弦先生合作编写的。计划里边还有一本讲文法的书，圣陶先生从顾颉刚先生那里知道我曾经在云南大学教过这门课，就来征求我的意见，能否答应写这样一本书。我第一次见到圣陶先生，跟我想象中的“文学家”的形象全不一样：一件旧棉袍，一把油纸雨伞，说话慢言细语，像一位老塾师。他说明来意之后，我答应试试看。又随便谈了几句关于语文教学的话，他就回去了。那时候圣陶先生从乐山搬来成都不久，住家和办公都在郊外。过了几天，他让人送来一套正中书局的国文课本，供我写书取用例句。
