父亲节国旗下讲话稿一：父亲节国旗下讲话稿尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们：早上好!每年六月份的第三个星期日是父亲节。同学们，谈到父亲节，我们应当知道它的由来。1909年，居住在华盛顿的布鲁斯。多德夫人，在庆贺母亲节时产生了一个念头：既然有个母亲节，为什么不能有个父亲节呢？多德夫人和他的5个弟弟早年丧母，是由父亲一手抚养大的。多少年过去了，姐弟6人每逢父亲的生辰忌日，总回忆慈父含辛茹苦养家的情景。在拉斯马斯博士的支持下，她提笔给州政府写了一封言辞恳切的信，呼吁建立父亲节，并建议将节日定在6月5日她父亲生日这天。州政府采纳了她的建议，仓促间将父亲节定为19日，即1909年6月第3个星期日。这个由外国人率先设立的节日，它同样符合我们中国人的国情，因为我们每个人也都是在母亲和父亲的关怀呵护下健康成长的。

（二）科学破解要素制约，拓展园区发展空间一是抓科学评价。与经信条线按企业评价不同，园区尝试建立的按地块评价更能反映地块出让后的效益情况，更具实际意义。目前地块评价框架已经建立，大部分地块已纳入，但尚未实现全覆盖。2024年要拓宽数据来源，充分结合工业企业综合评价、地企调查等工作，利用市监、资规、税局等渠道，尽快完善地块评价体系。二是抓资源整合。对于低效的工业用地，综合运用电价差别等导向政策，仔细研究原有合同，与资规局等部门加强沟通和协调，由管委会主导，引导原业主配合将厂房出租给投资大、用地少、产出高、效益好的新项目，让土地恢复效益。三是抓容积率提升。对于高效工业用地，发展快速空间不足的企业，引导鼓励其充分利用现有的政策和渠道，通过容积率提升，拓展空间资源。
