（二）抓细抓实城市管理。为顺利迎接旅发大会，街道将在城市管理上持续发力。扎实推进金沙路路段提质增效，持续向改革"要动能"，做好城管体制改革工作，充实执法力量；认真落实门前"两进"责任制度，要求商户做好门前"三包"，并结合创文工作，开展小区环境卫生大整治大清理。（三）坚决守住社会稳定底线。始终以服务群众为宗旨，以化解矛盾为导向，聚焦群众急难愁盼的问题，深化矛盾纠纷排查化解，健全社会治安防控体系，建好用好非诉讼纠纷化解机制，全力做好辖区信访及涉稳问题的管控和处置，建成纠纷有调解、小事不出社区、矛盾不上交的治理体系。统筹推进燃气、食品等重点领域安全专项整治，加强安全隐患排查整治和安全生产规范化建设，防范和遏制各类安全事故发生；开展反诈、禁毒、防非处非工作宣传，确保群众生命财产安全和辖区社会和谐稳定。

3、积极开展招商活动。以长三角地区为重点开展一定规模的招商推介活动，积极主动参加省、市大型招商推介活动，大力宣传推介我区。加强与市政府驻外联络处、各商会、协会、同学会、同乡会沟通，定期拜访交流，收集项目线索。加强与本地企业家的联络，聘任委托招商顾问，了解本地区产业链上下游缺口，有的放矢招引项目。4、大力开展基金招商。探索和加强基金招商方式，用财政资金“小投入”撬动社会资本“大投资”。对于市场前景好，发展潜力大的项目，在充分研判的基础上，在引入项目的前期，以产业基金入股的方式帮助企业解决部分资金问题，助力企业发展壮大，在项目后期让政府获取更多企业成长溢出价值。5、组建工业项目专班。针对无工业园区的特点和局限，组建工业项目专班，充分发挥专班对全区工业项目招商引资的统筹协调作用，明确责任分工，实行上下联动、跨部门协调解决工业项目落地过程中的有关问题。建议由区主要负责同志担任组长，区分管负责同志担任副组长，区直相关部门及载体负责同志组成专班成员，实施周会商制度，促进在谈项目尽快落地。
