敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：大家上午好!我是来自初一四班的彭雅新。今天我国旗下讲话的题目是“增强安全意识，做一个让父母省心的好孩子”。安全，对于每一个人都很重要，尤其是对于我们这些尚未成人的学生来说。在我们身边，总有一些同学不注意安全，不珍惜生命，把老师的教导和家长的叮咛当作耳旁风，结果不仅受到了伤害，有的甚至造成了残疾危及到生命。比如有的同学不遵守交通规则，横穿马路闯红灯；有的同学喜欢在楼梯旁追逐打闹，上下楼梯故意拥挤；有的同学喜欢玩锐利的剪刀、小刀；还有的同学放学不及时回家，喜欢在公共场所逗留，……以上都是一些不安全的行为，结果给我们造成了不同程度的伤害。我们经常也会听到这样一些事情。有的同学玩鞭炮时炸伤了眼睛；还有的同学不小心摔伤了腿脚。去年江苏省双庄的三位同学由于购买了不法小贩的食品，误食了老鼠药，三人同时中毒，要不是发现早抢救及时，差点儿丢了性命。前几年临近“五一”假的时候，一位即将初中毕业的小姑娘，在课外活动时，不幸从两米多高的看台上摔了下来，摔坏了脑袋，她昏迷不醒，几乎没有了心跳和呼吸，虽然经过医护人员的全力抢救，至今也没有脱离危险。

我是来自高二六班的xx，非常荣幸能在国旗下代表上周值周班高二六班演讲。今天我演讲的主题是：安全——教育的保障。大家知道吗，三月二十六日是“全国中小学生安全宣传教育日”。 据权威数据显示，我国现有18岁以下未成年人亿人，平均每年意外伤害人数约为4000万人次，医疗费用亿元，平均每年约有万名中小学生非正常伤亡。为推动中小学安全教育工作，降低青少年伤亡事故的发生率，保证青少年健康成长。1996年由国家教育部、公安部等七部委联合发文，确定每年三月份最后一周的星期一作为全国中小学生“安全教育日”，每年确定一个主题。 如果说学生是祖国的花朵，安全就恰如花朵下的土壤，是花朵生长的保障。我的班主任常常教导我说：“一定要注意安全，父母把自己养这么大不容易。”直到我把脚歪到之前，我还不曾意识到安全的重要性。

安全工作是学校首要工作，我校始终高度重视这一工作。学校建立、健全了各种安全制度，成立了安全工作领导小组，加强对全校师生进行经常性的和重点时段的安全教育和安全督查，保证学校的安全工作有组织、有领导、有制度、有落实。但是，不可否认，尽管学校和班主任老师通过各种形式对同学们进行了多方面的安全、法制和纪律教育，采取了各种防范措施，可仍有部分同学无视学校有关规定，做出了一些有可能伤及自身和伤及他人的违纪行为，在安全方面确实还存在许多问题和隐患，例如往返学校途中不遵守交通规则，马路上并行，不注意观察道路交通状况；课间在楼上楼下追逐疯打；自行车不上锁，防盗意识较差；校园内仍然存在骑车现象；使用体育运动器械时违章操作；放学后在校内外逗留时间过长；同学之间发生矛盾纠纷后拉帮结伙通过拳脚打架来解决；节假日、双休日结伙闲逛、惹是生非；个别同学进入网吧、游戏厅，同社会上闲杂人员来往等等。这都是我们目前在安全方面最需要注意和防范的重点。
