五、2024年工作谋划1、2024年我们要尤其做好城镇居民参（续）保工作。目前我镇城镇居民养老保险的平均缴费水平约608。6元，在全区范围内处于低水平，所以我所计划通过微信、 Q的方式及时通知人员缴费，另外开设宣传台、发放宣传单、下村入户宣传城镇居保参保及享受政策，一方面动员未参保人群积极参保，已参保人员及时续保，保证百分百完成参（续）保任务数，另一方面提高我镇居民的缴费水平。2、继续做好人社相关的日常业务工作。人社窗口人员对群众的问题积极回答和引导。在城镇居保方面，对于死亡注销和重复领取的人员要第一时间上报，避免多领、冒领和重领，做到死亡注销百分百完成，新增待遇领取百分百发放；城镇医保方面做好信息的修改，社保卡激活相关工作；继续做好就业脱贫工作，做好公益性岗位、就业务工人数动态更新的工作；认真协调处理农民工欠薪问题，对于协调无果的要第一时间联系区劳动检查部门；另外，每月按时完成被征地农民的养老保险造册工作，并对死亡和新增人员做到月月审核，冒领和遗漏。
