近日，教育部下发了关于开展“全国亿万学生阳光体育冬季长跑活动”的通知，要求初中生每天长跑1500米，高中生每天长跑20XX米，并为冬季长跑选定一个大的目标，长跑总距离可分为140公里（从台湾澎佳屿到钓鱼岛的大约距离）、190公里（从台湾基隆市到钓鱼岛的大约距离）、350公里（从XX省XX市到钓鱼岛的大约距离）。正如大家所知，现在日本正在强词夺理认定钓鱼岛是他们的，作为一个充满爱国热血的中国人，我们岂能容忍他们如此猖狂！然而热爱祖国，保卫祖国的领土，第一个条件就是要有强健的身体。寒冷的冬天，谁都不想动——呆在教室里，缩在座位上，甚至抱着热水袋，慵懒的一天便可以过去！可是，同学们，为什么不选择长跑锻炼呢？青春时光，怎能因为冬日的阴霾而失了颜色。花季少年，岂能由于紧张的课业而丢了精神。不，我们不能这样！我们不愿这样！冬季长跑，不仅能锻炼我们的身体，更能磨练我们的意志。七中有一名言：七中没有超人，只有超人的意志。长跑对我们的耐力，坚持，不半途而废的品质有了很好的锻炼，能在凛冽的寒风里坚持到最后的人，就是胜利者。

同学们，这几天气温骤降，阵阵寒风袭来让我们感受到冬天已来到我们身边，同时我们也发现教室里感冒发烧的同学也多起来了，这都是我们的身体无法抵御寒冷结果。冬天可是个锻炼身体的好时候，我们可以积极参加体育锻炼，增强体质。一千多年前,在古希腊山岩上刻着这样一句格言:“如果你想聪明，跑步吧，如果你想强壮，跑步吧，如果你想健美，跑步吧。”这句格言向我们揭示了一个哲理——健壮体魄人人都可得到，那就得积极运动，坚持锻炼身体。同学们，相信你们每个人都有自己的理想，想当科学家，想当医生，军人，老师……可在实现这些理想的同时，得要有一个重要的前提，那就是你必须要有一个健康强壮的身体。如果你没有健全的身体，当了科学家也就谈不上创造与发明了，当了医生不但不能给病人看病，反而要人家来照顾你。所以，有一个健全的体魄对于我们的学习，长大为祖国建设有着很大的关系。我们应该从小做起，积极锻炼身体，为今后的工作、学习打下结实的基础。

关于特殊群体未成年人帮扶工作总结
一、高度重视，加强领导xx各学校十分重视留守儿童、困境儿童等特殊群体未成年人，成立以校长为组长，中层干部和各班班主任为成员的领导小组，在旗关工委帮助下，小组定期召开会议，制定相关措施安排相应管理人员，确保留守儿童、困境儿童等特殊群体未成年人留得下、学得好，健康快乐成长。二、健全制度，落实责任建立留守儿童、困境儿童各项工作制度。通过调查研究，摸清留守儿童、困境儿童的具体人数和基本情况，建立留守儿童、困境儿童个人档案，对留守儿童、困境儿童个人档案实行动态管理，及时补充、变更相关内容，每学年末做好留守儿童、困境儿童管理的交接工作。记录袋收集学生学习、活动、日常行为表现、情感表现等材料，记录学生发展过程中的有关评价，班主任及时将有关情况报告给家长。
