第一,是余局长讲的内容,他风趣幽默地为我们介绍了毕节的概况,说实话,虽然我是土生土长的毕节人,但对毕节我是真的不了解,我更不知道我们的家乡竟然有那么多的神奇之处,为此我感到非常的惭愧,但是,听了余局长的介绍后,我为我的家乡感到骄傲,但是最让我们所有人都振奋的是关于毕节未来几年的发展和国家对毕节教育的投入,这不但和我们以后的生活质量息息相关,还关系到入职前的心态调整,我们大多数人不再把特岗看作是“上山下乡”的一次锻炼,更愿意去把它当作我们终身的事业去经营。通过他的讲解,我明白了,我更应该珍惜这个来之不易的职业。
