心动不如行动，号召全体队员拿出卡纸、彩色笔等工具分小组讨论,并制做感恩承诺——《我的爱说给你听》，并让队员们回家交给爸爸妈妈。一份承诺书表的是队员们的决心，同时又是一种鞭策，让这一份承诺书时时提醒自己不忘感恩，把感恩付诸实践，使感恩一直延续。环节五：画龙点睛，延伸感恩活动进行到这里，相信在孩子们的心里已经埋下了感恩的父母的种子，但是，感恩绝不仅仅只限于自己的父母，生活中处处需要感恩。因此，活动结束时，我设计了这样的结束语：“赠人玫瑰，手留余香”，亲爱的队员们，在我们的人生旅途中，我们不仅仅要感恩父母，还要感恩我们的老师，感谢他们带领我们遨游知识的海洋；感恩我们的朋友，感谢他们为我们的生活带来了多样的色彩；感恩我们的祖国，感谢她为我们创造了良好的学习环境。今天我们的中队活动十分精彩，希望你们能长存感恩之情。结尾如此设计，是为了点醒每一位队员，将感恩融入自己的生活，让感恩的行动长存。这在某种程度上，触动了孩子们大爱的心弦。
