森林防火动员大会领导讲话发言稿
当前，随着进入防火期，各县(市、区)要把森林防火工作列入重要议事日程，认真落实森林防火责任制。我们三农工作当中“三防一减”工作责任尤其重大，“三防”就是防汛、防火、防疫，“一减”就是减轻农民负担。我市的森林防火形势与全省一样，由于近年来市委、市政府的高度重视，加上各级林业部门的强力推进和四荒拍卖力度的不断加大，这几年我市新增造林面积将近103万亩，森林面积扩大也就增加了森林防火的任务量。特别是林州市、县西部、龙安区等地森林防火的难度、任务的艰巨程度比以往任何一年都加大，所以说必须加强领导，狠抓落实，做到领导到位、工作到位、各种保障到位。市森林防火指挥部市直各成员单位及各县(市、区)各成员单位，要认真按照森林防火指挥部的职责分工，切实做好各项工作。一旦发生火灾，各县(市、区)主要领导必须亲临一线，现场指挥扑火。

一、调好“生物钟”，让思想行动“在状态”。不少干职工出现“节后综合征”，一时难以适应紧张的工作状态，不免会出现思想上松散、行动上松懈的情况。因此，要杜绝这种现象，就要学会调整心态状态、切换工作模式、及时收心归位。要调好自己的“生物钟”，生活上早睡早起，工作上专心专注，以最快的速度回归工作岗位、以最佳的状态迎接创建三级医院的工作挑战，及时将假期耗尽的“电量”补回来，以时不待我的紧迫感和只争朝夕的精气神全身心投入到这项工作当中，做到收假更收心，切实保持思想和行动都能“在状态”。高度重视三级医院评审工作，评审结果关乎医院的声誉和发展前途，是一项全院性的、全员性的工作任务，高分通过三级医院评审是我们必争的目标。大家要在落实上深研细钻，在参考标准的基础上，深入研究思考、精心准备。要将目标任务逐条分解，责任到人，分兵把守。要列出各项任务完成的时间进度，加强对各项任务完成情况的检查和督促。并且要在目标上追求最大成效，要把三级医院评审工作同专科、学科发展等重点工作紧密结合起来，努力通过评审，补短板、强弱项，提质量、增实效。

亲爱的同学们大家早上好，很荣幸能站在国旗下发言。我国旗下讲话的题目是“学会感恩，用行动感恩。”同学们有时候可能有这样的疑惑：世界上这么多人，我们应该感恩谁呢?其实我觉得，感恩不该是针对某一个人或事，而是应该用实际行动从细节做起，从身边做起，应该怀揣着感恩之心去对待每一个人或每一件事。一 感恩父母感恩父母的理由实在太多太多，我们无时无刻不在感受着父母的爱，而在我们人生的旅途中，父母却一直在扮演付出者的角色，他们不求任何回报，我们应该怎么感谢他们呢?其实，感恩的方式有很多种，比如，在父母回家时给他们泡一杯热茶;比如，在她们休息时给他们揉揉肩;比如在睡觉前对他们说声“晚安”，晨起对他们说声“早晨好”;比如在吃饭时主动给她们盛饭，这些都会使他们欣慰。二 感恩老师和校领导是老师教我们知识与道理，见我们成长与进步。在教师节，你送老师一张贺卡、一只鲜花、一句祝福老师都会很高兴。不论任何时候老师总是孜孜不倦的为我们讲题。我们犯错了，老师总会私下找到我们，和我们谈心，分析错误的原因。她们不但教给我们知识还教给我们做人的道理，告诉我们不可以撒谎，要诚实守信。我们的校长们也很平易近人，李校长总是去食堂调查饭菜是否可口，张校长还经常去学生宿舍，对同学们嘘寒问暖，我们只有努力成为德智体美全面发展的好学生才是对老师和校领导最好的感恩。

同志们：过去的一年，大家干的很充实，走的很坚定，拼的很努力，各条战线成绩斐然。今年随着疫情防控政策优化，拼经济、争项目、抢招商也已经成为全国各地开局的共识，就我省来说，上班第一天，就组织开展了第七期“三个一批”活动，第二天，市里又接着召开全市项目建设和招商引资动员大会，通过这几天的高密度工作，都充分释放出一个信号，今年注定是奋力拼抢、紧张忙碌的一年，也必将会成为硕果累累、充满喜悦的一年。今天，我们召开2023年全区项目建设和招商引资动员大会，就是要动员全区上下进一步树牢“争”的意识、焕发“抢”的斗志、拿出“拼”的行动，项目为王抓投资，开足马力拼经济，确保实现“开门红、全年红”。下面，我讲四点意见。一、全面发力拼项目坚持一切工作向项目发力，一切要素向项目集中，一切服务向项目聚集，迅速发起项目建设新攻势，强劲注入振兴发展新动能。一要做实项目谋划储备。经过优化调整，今年全区首批谋划项目X个，总投资X亿元，年度计划完成投资X亿元。实事求是的说，我们的项目盘子还不够大，总投资仅占全市的6.7%，年度计划完成投资仅占全市的6.2%。要支撑全年经济增长7%以上的目标，我们必须持续加大项目谋划包装储备力度，加快形成大项目顶天立地、小项目铺天盖地、大小项目百舸争流的生动局面。

三、精准施策，科学部署夏训工作要想解决好执勤训练工作中存在的问题，我们就必须把“能打仗、打胜仗”的练兵鲜明导向立起来，建立长效机制，坚持治标兼治本，做到“统筹谋划、科学部署，科学推进、有条不紊，全力保障、全面提升”。1、以目标定向。建立夏训工作目标清单，清晰的时间表、制定保障机制三项工作。这三项工作要明确工作做什么、怎么做、如何保障，达到什么成效。2、建章立制。坚决纠正坐而论道，完善考评机制，解决干与不干、干多干少、干好干坏一个样的问题，使能带头带好头的干部受到褒奖和鼓励，使不干事、庸懒散、无责任心的干部受到鞭策和惩戒。3、科学组训。优化练兵方法、细化练兵方案、强化练兵研讨，明确“练什么、怎么练”的问题，助力履职尽责。4、多重激励。要从政治上、精神上、经济上建立健全奖惩激励机制，提升练兵热情，着力营造“你追我赶”的练兵氛围。5、服务保障。要着力解决保障明显不足的问题。相关部门要下真功夫，排除困难，解决问题。
