模具加工合同
本着互惠互利、友好合作、现甲乙双方协商达成 泡沫五金模具加工（以下简称合同物料）供需事宜达成一致。为明确双方权利与义务，特订立本合同，以便共同遵守。一．本次模具制作总费用为 元（不含税、不需开发票），其中甲方需付 元。 模具造价说明∶本工程总价格包含乙方制造以上模具过程中所涉及的全部材料款、配件款、制作费、试模费、运输费 、安装调试费及一年的保修费用等。二．模具制造工期及交货地点:1．工作期为15天（第一次交付合格的产品），即于 年 月 日前提供全部模具用于试模。2．模具交付后，甲方提出改模，自发出改模资料日计，若没有重大结构修改的必须在5天内给予完成所有的模具问题点修改，向甲方交付合格模具并能正常生产出合格的产品；如由于甲方原因结构发生重大变更或中途修改设计导致乙方延误交付时间的，乙方应及时提出，并双方应根据实际情况重新定立书面的交付时间表，并由双方代表签名确认。3．试产后甲方再次发出改模资料日计，若是小修小改或乙方首改遗漏问题点的必须在3个工作日给予完成所有的模具问题点修改，向甲方交付合格模具并能正常生产出合格的产品。4．交货地点为甲方指定的加工厂家，运输费用由乙方承担；运输过程若造成模具损坏应由乙方负责维修。

养生馆加盟合同
第二条：本加盟合同期限为 年 月 日至 年 月 日止。三、特许方式第三条：甲乙双方经认真调研市场，确信项目可行的基础上，甲方特此授权乙方为 省 市 加盟连锁“养生馆”品牌产品的特许经销商。 第四条：经此授权后，乙方同意于 年 月 日前，在 省 市（具体地点）开设“养生馆”品牌店.第五条：在授权期内，甲方向乙方所提供“养生馆”品牌产品，甲方保证其产品质量符合国家标准规定的成色、品级，并保证货源供应。第六条：加盟代理期内，乙方向甲方交纳加盟费一万元，加盟保证金一万元（合约期满退还）；每月甲方收取品牌管理费壹千元，乙方保证每6个月从甲方购进“养生馆”品牌产品不少于 万元。第七条：甲方保证向加盟店交付的产品保持统一的零售标价。第八条：甲方按零售标价的 折售予乙方，乙方应在提货时一次性支付货款。第九条：乙方从甲方购进产品之日起60天内(蔬菜等例外)，可根据销售情况适时调整货物组合结构,甲方给予100%的调换,但不得退货。调换时乙方须保持原产品完好、证书齐备、标签清楚。后续经营过程中，调换货按“养生馆总部售后服务承诺”有关条款办理。具体见附件或者补充条款，附件与本合同具有同等法律效力。第十条：合同期满，若乙方决定不再代理“养生馆”品牌，在乙方保证产品完好、证书齐备、标签无损坏的前提下，可将现在的“养生馆”品牌产品退还给甲方，甲方则按零售价的 折给予退款。
加盟合同范本

加工承揽合同
第一条 加工成品第二条 加工成品质量要求第三条 原材料的提供办法及规格、数量、质量1.（用承揽方原料完成工作的），承揽方必须依照合同规定选用原材料，并接受定作方检验。承揽方隐瞒原材料的缺陷或者用不符合合同规定的原材料而影响定作质量时，定作方有权要求重作、修理、减少价款或退货。2.（用定作方原材料完成工作的，应当明确规定原材料的消耗定额）。定作方应按合同规定的时间、数量、质量、规格提供原材料，承揽方对定作方提供的原材料要按合同规定及时检验，不符合要求的，应立即通知定作方调换或补齐。承揽方对定作方提供的原材料不得擅自更换，对修理的物品不得偷换零部件。3.交（提）原材料等物品日期计算，参照第七条规定执行。第四条 技术资料、图纸提供办法1.承揽方在依照定作方的要求进行工作期间，发现提供的图纸或技术要求不合理，应当及时通知定作方；定作方应当在规定的时间内回复，提出修改意见。承揽方在规定的时间内未得到答复，有权停止工作，并及时通知定作方，因此造成的损失，由定作方赔偿。
加工订货合同
