尊敬的领导、敬爱的各位老师、亲爱的同学们：大家好！三月伊始，为进一步弘扬雷锋精神，加强我校精神文明建设，结合我校实际，由校团委、学生会向全校师生发起倡议，提出三月份在全校范围内开展学雷锋主题系列活动。回顾本次“学雷锋”系列活动，我们欣喜地看到，我校真正做到了班班有活动，人人都参与，学校的校园环境、同学们的学习风气和精神面貌都有一个质的提高。现请允许代表校团委对本次系列活动进行总结，具体如下：三月初是系列活动的第一阶段——宣传发动。3月4日国旗下讲话，学生会宣传部部长卢翠珊代表团委、学生会在国旗下向全校师生发出“学雷锋”活动倡议，“学雷锋系列活动”正式拉开帷幕。充分利用学校的橱窗、黑板报和广播站等宣传阵地，开展宣传造势。3月5日，组织开展主题为“学雷锋，献爱心，我行动”板报评比，各班围绕该主题出一期主题黑板报，学生会于3月14日进行了检查评比。初一3班，初二10，11班和高一1班，高二6班的板报做得尤其出色，如初二11班的板报清新淡雅也不失可爱。

同学聚会二十年发言讲话
二十年前，我们还是~~学校的学子，在母校的养育下，在老师们的辛勤栽培中，我们一步步的成长为一名名出色的毕业生。回顾那三年的时间，那真是一段既美好又短暂的时光，那是我们共同生活的时光。比起这二十年来，这三年的长度也许遥不可及，但是无论我们在这二十年里经历了多少，这三年，依旧是我们最为美好的记忆!

关于城管系统主题教育阶段总结报告
（一）持续扮靓城市颜值。深入实施精细化保洁，高效完成所辖476万平方米的高架桥、隧道的保洁任务和196万平方米的城市家具一体化保洁的监管任务，落实“九机九步”作业法，先后完成应急保障任务约110余次。全面整治市容秩序，深入开展临街建筑外立面管理，已对临街建筑外立面维护、出新2306处、面积约5.6万平方米，清理非法小广告及乱贴乱画10.8万处，清理乱堆乱放3.1万余处。持续推进基础设施建设。积极推进****生活垃圾综合转运中心项目、市中区生活固废液综合转运项目、****生活垃圾分类处置中心等大型示范项目。利用废弃矿坑回填、山体修复、土地复耕、园林绿化、楼槽回填等项目与工程渣土直接利用相结合，设立建筑渣土直接利用点319个，库容量约3376万吨，目前全市正在运行的资源化利用企业5家，年处理能力785万吨。
关于基层农技推广体系改革与建设工作总结
（二）农技从业人员专业技能不足，推广力量有待加强。在基层农技推广队伍当中，部分农技员没有接受系统的推广教育，其推广含金量不足。部分农技人员没有外出学习和培训机会，知识结构老化。技推广人员老龄化问题较为突出，特别是基层一线技术人员退休后，新生力量得不到及时补充，出现断层现象。（三）工作经费不足。基层农技推广站的农技推广经费、培训费、资料费，下乡费等存在很大缺口，特别是村级农民技术员待遇低，开展农技推广工作难。五、新时期农技推广工作思路与重点举措（一）充分发挥专家组的积极作用。为强化农业特色产业科技支撑，加快推进农村科普工作开展，县分别成立茶叶、中草药、猕猴桃、生态养殖、蔬菜五个专家组，指导选择适宜品种，加强关键技术攻关，加快实用技术推广应用，指导建立试验示范基地，推动品种技术升级换代，帮助解决产业发展技术难题。
