With the separated difficult level, students can find there are usually three parts in writing. They can also learn to write without the unnecessary parts in the process of analyzing. And then I wouldn’t rush to tell them the right terms to them directly. Instead, I would ask them to name them by their own. 一是早期消防设计问题突出。存在消防车通道狭窄，无救援场地等情况，加之私家车普及，占道现象突出，严重影响火灾扑救。二是建筑消防设施损坏严重。部分建筑消防维保经费投入不足，维护保养不到位，自防自救能力不足，消防设施“带病”运行，甚至瘫痪。三是高层建筑救援难度大。建筑高度越高，消防系统就越复杂，高层建筑内部人员众多，火灾后疏散困难，消防救援设备落后。
