同志们：今天，我们召开2023年一季度全市分行经营分析视频会，主要任务是集中传达学习2023年“两会”精神，进一步贯彻落实省分行2023年首季经营分析视频会精神，小结分析今年首季全市分行经营管理工作，安排部署二季度全市分行重点经营管理工作，动员全市分行广大员工接续奋斗，努力拼搏，积极作为，确保实现今年上半年全市分行“双过半”目标。刚才，市分行计划财务部通报了一季度经营财务运行情况，风险管理部、人力资源部作了专题发言，X副行长就分管的工作作了重点强调和布置，我表示赞同。市本营业部就首季消费信贷业务发展作了经验介绍，介绍的很到位，希望全市各单位认真领会，向龙头支行学习，取长补短，促进共同提升。下面我再强调三点意见，请一并抓好贯彻落实，抓紧抓出成效。一、客观总结工作，稳中求进实现首季良好开局今年首季，是市分行新的领导班子组建后迎战的第一个业务发展旺季，全市分行员工发扬团结拼搏，积极进取，倾情奉献的优良传统，不怕困难，不惧挑战，在稳中求进工作总基调的指导下，在攻坚克难中取得一个又一个优异成绩，基本实现了今年首季“开门红”的工作目标。
感恩环境，学会爱护-从身边的小事做起说课稿
辅导员小结：通过看视频、环保知识问答、谈感受、动手做等系列活动，我们了解了许多环保知识，同时也明白了保护环境的重要性。并再次提醒我们保护环境，可以从身边的小事做起，是我们每个人都可以做到的，也不要让这句话成为空话。五、活动反思：上完本次队会课，我感触较深。首先，通过这次主题队会，我学会了彻底放手让队员去主持队会，要相信自己队员，敢于放手锻炼队干部。其次，要注意细节教育，中队会结束后，大队辅导员就指出了个别队员的红领巾佩戴不够端正，队礼不够标准。想想平时我也注意到了，但只是偶尔提醒一下，没有引起重视，这在我以后的队会活动中一定会加强的。最令我欣慰的是，这次主题队会让队员们都感受到了环境对我们的重要性，感受到环境受到污染，对我们的生活所造成的影响。尽管本次队会已经结束了，但是相信孩子们都会怀着一颗感恩的心将感恩的火种传递下去，从自己做起，从小事做起，保护我们赖以生存的自然环境。
不忘初心、牢记使命是一辈子的事工作总结
D的十八大以来，以同志为核心的D中央以猛药去疴、重典治乱的决心，以刮骨疗毒、壮士断腕的勇气，坚持反腐败无禁区、全覆盖、零容忍，坚定不移“打虎”“拍蝇”“猎狐”。D内政治生态得以净化，D内政治生活展现新气象，D心民心为之振奋。但回过头来，审视那些腐败分子，可以发现他们之所以跌入违纪违法的陷阱，从根本上讲就是把初心和使命抛到九霄云外去了。房间要经常打扫，镜子要经常擦拭。正如所指出，不忘初心、牢记使命不是一阵子的事，而是一辈子的事。新时代，各级D组织和广大D员、干部更要经常进行思想政治体检，以D的创新理论滋养初心、引领使命，从D的非凡历史中找寻初心、激励使命，在严肃D内政治生活中锤炼初心、体悟使命，锐意进取、开拓创新，埋头苦干、真抓实干，把我们的事业继续向前推进。把酒酹滔滔，心潮逐浪高。今年是决胜全面建成小康社会、打赢精准脱贫攻坚战、实现“十三五”规划收官之年。以此次ZT教育为起点，以理想信念烛照奋进方向，我们的道路必将越走越宽广，我们的梦想必将化为光辉的现实。
将D的自我革命不断深化工作总结
伴随着ZT教育的深入开展，各级D组织有力推动，广大D员、干部积极投入，人民群众热情支持，整个ZT教育特点鲜明、扎实紧凑，达到了预期目的，取得了重大成果——各级D组织和广大D员、干部深入学习实践新时代中国特色社会主义思想，提高了知信行合一能力；思想政治受到洗礼和锤炼，增强了守初心、担使命的思想自觉和行动自觉；干事创业、担当作为的精气神得到提振，推动了改革发展稳定各项工作；积极解决群众最急最忧最盼的问题，强化了宗旨意识和为民情怀；深入进行清正廉洁教育，涵养了风清气正的政治生态；重点抓突出问题专项整治，消除了一些可能动摇D的根基、阻碍D的事业的因素。不忘初心、牢记使命，是加强D的建设的永恒课题，也是全体D员、干部的终身课题。这次ZT教育，总结历次D内集中教育经验，对新时代开展D内集中教育进行了新探索、积累了新经验。
关于2023年工作总结和2024年工作安排的报告
（二）多层次优化养老服务供给。加强养老服务从业人员培训体系建设，培养符合老年人照护需要且具有专业技能素养的服务队伍，提升养老服务队伍整体素质。继续推行社区养老服务机构与基层医疗卫生机构签约、家庭医生与居家老人签约的“双签”模式，实现医疗服务供给与需求无缝对接，为老年人提供上门就诊、巡诊、健康管理、中医养生等服务。持续改善养老产业市场发展环境，简化和放宽准入，坚持准入“门槛”降下去、扶持政策跟上来，降低养老机构准入门槛，简化登记流程，为养老产业发展输入更具活力的血液、提供更加优越的环境。（三）持续创优民政公共服务能力。加大未成年人关爱保护力度，推进乡镇（园区）未成年人保护工作站建设。加快推进城乡公益性公墓建设，积极开展土地报批工作，多方筹措建设资金，抓前期、促开工，按照安徽省公墓建设指南的有关要求，做好白土山公墓建设的指导工作。继续强化殡葬管理服务，做好2024年清明、冬至期间群众祭扫安全服务保障工作。按时完成2024年度行政区域界线联合检查工作，确保边界毗领地区的长治久安。
油库作业区2023年工作开展情况的总结汇报
（五）坚持实施效能提升之策，积极推进“两册”换版升级。接到厂“两册”管理提升通知后，作业区及时召开专项会议，制定提升方案，组织专人、专班，对“两册”进行升级，抽调各中心站主管干部及技师进行两册提升编写培训，各中心站根据自身运行情况进行两册初步编制。安排人员对各中心站进行两册内容帮促、完善；安排专人对两册进行更定、校对，上交厂企管法规部。6月1日-6月5日，制定“岗位大练兵、大提升”培训计划及考核机制，并对两册内容组织现场培训。二、下步工作计划（一）抓“硬件”井站提升持续巩固。始终按照厂部“两线”“五区”总体工作部署，重点围绕矿容矿貌美化、现场清洁生产、资源节约与综合利用、数字化油田建设、企业良好形象五大领域，在原有打造基础上，持续巩固提升，争创标杆。

一、XX区电子商基本现状XX省电子商统计监测平台反馈今年上半年XX区电子商零售额达到13.17亿元同比增长9.75％；全年预计达到28亿元。餐饮、粮油食品和化妆品几大品类占比靠前。二、今年电商工开展情况（一）线下沟通了解需求我区电商企业主要集中在软件园表性业态有农副产品、化妆品、乐器、生活用品、还有跨境贸易产品。今年通过多次走访调研区内电商企业了解企业实际需求我区大部分企业今年电商行业的发展充希望并如何推动我区电商出相关见。（二）比学赶超争先发展在省市两级商主管部门的组织领导下我区积极宣传并组织企业参各类活动组织XXX市XXX商贸有限公司申请电子商示范企业；指导企业申请市级现业政策支持并拨付2021年电商企业现业政策资金XXXXXX元；摸排电商企业人才组织人才职称申报。
