第一篇：尊敬的各位老师,亲爱的同学们:大家上午好!今天我发言的题目是:《让安全与我们同行,让生命放出异彩》又是一个草长莺飞,鸟语花香,万物复苏,春意盎然的季节;又到了我们学生校内游戏,郊外踏青,城里观光,远方旅游的好时节.那我不禁想到:在这一系列愉快的活动中,你想到安全问题了吗你的安全意识增强了吗面对活动中的一切不安全问题,你准备好了吗……同学们,每年三月的最后一个星期一被定为全国中小学生"安全教育日",今天是第十一个"安全教育日",今年的主题是"珍爱生命,安全第一".安全工作历来是学校工作的一个重要组成部分.据报道,我国每年约有1.6万名中小学生非正常死亡,中小学生因安全事故,食物中毒,溺水,自杀等死亡的,平均每天有40多人,就是说每天有一个班的学生在"消失".安全事故已经成为14岁以下少年儿童的第一死因.可见,珍爱生命,防止校园伤害,创建"平安校园"是多么重要啊!

第十八届“世界水日”国旗下的讲话：珍爱每一滴水老师们，同学们，今天——XX年3月22日是第十八届“世界水日”，3月22－28日是第二十三届“中国水周”。联合国确定的XX年“世界水日”主题是“关注水质、抓住机遇、应对挑战”，我国纪念XX年“世界水日”和开展“中国水周”活动的宣传主题为“严格水资源管理，保障可持续发展”。关注新闻的老师和同学都知道，我国的云南省正在遭受60年不遇的大旱，几个月没下雨。河塘干涸，水井干枯，600余万人饮水困难，3000万亩农田受灾。更可怕的是，据气象专家预测，云南的旱情有可能持续到5月份雨季到来之前。我们的家乡天津也是一个缺水的城市。天津自身没有水源，降水量也小，缺乏贮存水的条件，目前，天津的城市用水主要依赖滦河水。1983年竣工的引滦入津工程全长234千米，是当时中国最长的引水工程，平均每年向天津市输送亿立方米的淡水。但是，引滦工程并没有彻底解决天津的水危机。尤其是最近几年，我国北方地区连年干旱，水质污染，水资源的可利用量日趋紧张，而用水浪费则进一步加剧了水资源的短缺。

尊敬的老师、同学们：早上好！今天，我发言的题目是《让读书成为最美好的生命举止》春暖花开的四月，我们将迎来xx三中的第六届读书文化节，每年的这个季节，我们的校园繁花盛开书香飘逸，鲜花装点校道，书香涵养性灵。让我们一同走进翰墨书香的世界，不为分数，不为排名，只因为，阅读，确确实实是一项最美好的生命举止。古人说，书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉。不可否认，书籍能让我们增长知识和才干，能给我们的未来打下坚实的基础，能给我们带来许许多多可以触摸、可以预期的利益。然而，在这个花香满园的四月，我更愿意提倡同学们去读那种能让人心灵沉静，能促人思考，能给人智慧的书。宋代黄山谷说：一日不读书,尘生其中；两日不读书,言语乏味；三日不读书,面目可憎。就我的理解，这里所说的如果不读就会让人面目可憎的书，不会是那些能产生立竿见影效果的工具书或各类方法大全，也不会是我们许多同学曾经心爱的《知音漫客》或者各类练习册、试题集，而是像曹雪芹的《红楼梦》、罗曼罗兰的《名人传》、培根的《培根论说文集》、摩罗的《悲悯情怀》这样的书
在2023年信访安全保障工作推进会暨市信访工作联席会议上的讲话
同志们：这次会议是市委市政主要领导亲自批示要求、亲自安排部署，组织召开的一次十分重要的会议。主要任务是：传达贯彻第**次全国信访工作会议和省委常委会、省政府常务会对信访工作的部署要求及全省信访工作会议和省信访工作联席会议**年第**次全体（扩大）会议精神，专题对**文博会，特别是2023年全国“两会”信访安全保障工作进行安排部署。刚才，会议传达学习了中央和省上相关会议精神，宣读了省委、省政府主要领导和市委**、市政府**市长的有关批示，通报了今年以来全市信访工作情况，**、**、**的有关负责同志作了工作交流发言，同时会议还印发了《2023年全国“两会”期间全市信访安全保障工作方案》，交办了省市两级摸排的涉访重点人员，请大家认真学习领会、切实抓好贯彻落实。下面，我就做好当前和今后一个时期，特别是2023年全国“两会”信访安全保障工作，强调两点意见。一、以最高的政治站位，充分认识做好当前信访工作的极端重要性和紧迫性
2023年XX区委农村工作领导小组第一次会议上的讲话
同志们：刚才，会议审议了《XXXX》等重要文件，今年“三农”工作目标任务已明确（一产增加值增速XX％、农民人均可支配收入增速XX％），要细化制定我区年度乡村振兴工作方案，按照“清单制＋责任制＋时限制”将任务分解到镇（街）、细化到部门。回首2022年，面对疫情冲击、高温干旱等多重考验，全区上下坚持把“三农”工作作为全区工作的重中之重，以愿拼敢拼能拼会拼的精气神，牢牢守住“三农”基本盘，全力以赴抓产业、攻项目、促振兴，顺利抱回几个沉甸甸的牌子，成绩来之不易，这是市委、市政府坚强领导的结果，也是全区“三农”干部埋头苦干、拼搏实干的成果。在此，我代表区委、区政府向大家的辛勤付出，表示衷心的感谢！在肯定成绩的同时，我们也要清醒地认识到“三农”工作的短板和差距，例如，粮食单产较低、产业链条不长、农产品品牌较少、部分涉农项目推进缓慢。针对问题，区级各部门、各镇（街道）要坚持“缺什么补什么、什么问题突出就解决什么问题”，把该谋的大事谋在前，把该做的工作做到位，认真落实中央和省委、市委农村工作会议决策部署，落实落细中央和省市1号文件各项措施，全面推进乡村振兴，加快农业农村现代化步伐。下面，我再强调5点意见。
