镇安全生产举报工作总结
（二）举报意识亟待提高。目前，部分公司负责人对安全生产举报工作的理解和认识不足，积极性不高、主动性不强，不能摆正安全生产举报工作和经济效益的关系，安全生产举报制度不健全，安全培训教育工作不到位，从业人员缺乏安全生产举报意识，发现问题力度不够。三、下步打算（一）强化专项行动，巩固成效。我镇将一如既往的把安全生产工作放在首要位置，及时对安全生产举报工作中发现的问题整改“回头看”，强化问题隐患动态清零、闭环管理，保障人民群众生命财产安全，为我镇安全生产工作的进一步发展保驾护航。（二）持续推进工作，增强力度。我镇将持续以安全生产举报工作为契机，全面梳理、分析隐患问题，扎实推进安全生产风险管控工作，引导发挥各部门各行业的工作积极性，保持良好的工作态势，加强各行业领域安全风险管控，营造安全生产管控到位、监管有效的良好局面。
医院消防安全工作总结
七、加强安全生产隐患排查治理，牢固树立隐患就是事故的理念今年上半年，我院组织消防安全检查5次，共发现隐患22起，已整改22起；县卫生局督查1次，发现隐患4起，整改3起，其中1起在门诊和急诊科重点部位安装监控一项，由于经济限制，医院目前无法完成，我院在以后条件允许的情况下会考虑增设监控设施，建立比较完善的安全防范体系，提高我院治安防范控制能力；市民政局领导和消防中队暗访组检查1次，没有发现安全隐患；消防设施维保单位检查8次，发现隐患9起，整改9起。在每次的隐患排查中，医院对发现的'问题及时整改，对不能解决的问题通过院务会研究讨论，提出解决方案，确保消防安全。八、坚持消防安全每日巡查制度，作好巡查记录今年，我院坚持对消防安全进行每日巡查，做好巡查记录，消防安全每日巡查由医院保安人员负责，对巡查到的问题及时汇报并整改，确保消防安全工作得到有效落实，为广大群众创造一个安全舒适的就医环境，推动全院消防安全工作持续稳定发展。
