尊敬的老师、领导，亲爱的同学们：大家早上好!今天我发言的题目是“珍惜粮食，做勤勉节俭的xx学子”。关于这个题目，我的发言有三点。第一，珍惜粮食，从我做起。“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”告诉了我们粮食来之不易的道理。学校领导很早就倡导全校师生开展“光盘行动”：盘里不剩菜，碗里不剩米。无论对于老师还是学生，这个标准都不能打任何折扣。可是现在，我们仍然可以看到有同学浪费食物的现象，吃不完的米饭随意倒掉，而且很“大方”、不犹豫。试想，我们学校近300名师生就餐，每人每顿少浪费一粒米，这数额积累下来，至少可以让一个饱受饥饿之苦的人解决温饱问题，这样下来，又可以节约资源求得学校更好的发展，何乐而不为呢？都说温饱不忘饥寒，增产不忘节约。我们处在衣食无忧的好时代，学校也处在稳步发展的关键时期，我们要从自身做起，珍惜粮食，杜绝浪费。

我们中华民族是一个聪明，勤劳的民族，我们的祖先曾经为人类提供了开启世界文明之门的"四大发明"，而在近百年来科学技术史上，却很少有中国人的名字。形成这种现状的原因是什么呢？我想，这跟我们民族的创新能力下降有很大的关系。科学的本质是创新，那么创新的本质又是什么呢？我认为，创新的本质是进取，是不做复制者，单纯的模仿不是创新，令人生厌的重复也只会造成原创力的降低。创新不容易但并不神秘，可以说，任何人都可以创新。当然知识越丰富的，他创新的机会就越多。可能有些同学会认为创新只是科学家才能做的事情，其实不是的。下面我就给大家讲一个真实的故事。美国有个叫李小曼的画家，他平时做事总是丢三落四，绘画时也不例外，常常是刚刚找到铅笔，又望了橡皮放在哪儿了。

十、教学后记：这是我实习中上的第一堂课，由于没有经验，对时间的把握不好，课堂前半部分留给学生思考回答问题的时间太多了，以至于没有完成本课时的教学内容，对《箜篌引》、《桃花扇》、《闻官军收河南河北》内容的补充要留到下节课才能完成。但课堂过程中以讨论和结果发布会的形式非常能调动学生的学习积极性，这节课学生的参与度很高，绝大部分的同学都能积极思考，并敢于回答问题。但是在学生回答问题后，有些答案很好，也是我没有思考到的。但是除了简单的表扬鼓励外，我不善于把学生的思考结果与自己的板书设计结合起来，授课过程中比较拘泥于教案，显得不够灵活。总的来说，这节课的优点是教态自然、大方，声音清晰洪亮，能调动学生学习的积极性，不足在于时间掌握不好，拘泥于教案。
