XX-XX年度“全国法制宣传日”国旗下讲话
老师们、同学们：上午好！12月4日，是全国法制宣传日。今天我讲话的主题是“培养法律精神，做遵纪守法、文明正气的二中人”。提起法律，总给人以神秘、威严、崇高的感觉。其实，法律与道德、习惯、宗教、纪律一样，都起着规范人们行为的作用。正是由于这些规范的存在，社会才变得有序，正是由于法律的存在，我们的权利才得到应有的保障。前司法部部长张福森先生曾这样说过：确立全国法制宣传日，有助于营造全社会浓厚的法治氛围，使广大公民像逐步熟悉每年的“3 15”国际消费者权益日、禁毒日一样，让“12 4”全国法制宣传日成为全体公民熟悉法律、认知法律、维护自身合法权益的节日，成为展示我国法制建设成就的节日，成为树立我国良好法治形象的节日，为实践依法治国方略，推进“依法执政”，打下牢固的社会思想基础。作为当代的中学生，大家有幸目睹了改革开放以来中国法制建设的突飞猛进，300多部法律相继出台，“依法治国”被写进宪法。那么，作为追求成为“卓越”人才的每个二中学子应该思考的是：在大家的校园生活中，成长道路上，如何培养法律精神，与法同行？

法制宣传日国旗下讲话稿：严以律已，做遵纪守法的好学生
尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：大家早上好！我叫xx，是xx边防派出所的所长，也是一中法制副校长。今天，很高兴又在国旗下为大家上法制课，11月17日和大家一起经历了霞中110周年校庆，一起受到淋浴和熏陶，感受到百年老校散发出的时代活力。今天，非常荣幸和老师、同学们一起探讨一下法律和安全的有关问题。大家知道，12月4日是我国的法制宣传日，本周是法制宣传周。今天我讲话的题目是《严以律已，做遵纪守法的好学生》，内容主要有两个方面，一是坚决摒弃不良习惯，做遵规守法的好学生；二是从我做起，自觉养成良好校园交通习惯。一、坚决摈弃不良习惯，做遵规守法学生。首先，大家要学法知法懂法。俗话说：“没有规矩不成方圆”，自古家有家规，校有校纪，国有国法。只有学习法律知识，才能知道什么是合法，什么是违法，才能分辩是非，识别善恶；只有学法，才能树立民主法制观念，明确公民的权利与义务，才能依法办事，依法维护自身权益。调查表明：中学生中认为法律与我们的生活密切相关的不到一成；认为遇到不法伤害、被敲诈几块钱是小事不必计较的近半。这不能不给我们深刻警示。当学生被敲诈、殴打，他们本应理直气壮地用法律手段保护自己的合法权益，伸张正义，可是，他们都不懂得法律知识，或忍气吞声，或采取极端措施报复，有时糊里糊涂走上犯罪道路。

第三，进一步抓好问题整改落实，将主题教育问题整改与推进改革发展有机结合起来，严格对标对表，坚持统筹兼顾、标本兼治，确保整改落实全面到位，同时扎实做好第二批主题教育的谋划准备工作，确保整个主题教育上下联动、有机衔接。深刻认识检视整改是确保主题教育取得实效的关键一环，切实增强做好检视整改工作的政治自觉，坚持边学习、边对照、边检视、边整改，在抓好问题整改上下真功夫、下狠功夫，做到问题不解决不松手、整改不到位不罢休。对检视梳理的问题必须主动认领、自觉对号入座、深刻剖析根源，搞清楚是思想问题还是能力问题，是方法问题还是作风问题，是长期存在的顽瘴痼疾，还是最近才出现的急难杂症，做到真认账、真反思、真整改。从政治上认识、推进和检验整改工作，把人民群众满意不满意作为根本检验标准，增强“等不起、慢不得、坐不住”的紧迫感，把按时完成检视整改作为军令来执行，持续盯住问题不放、严格落实整改措施，确保事事有着落、件件有结果。把制度建设贯穿检视整改全过程，强化制度刚性约束，把整治成效转变为治堵效果，做到既谋当下、又管长远。
