《端午节的由来》——博爱小学第二十周国旗下讲话主讲人：魏金水主任各位老师、亲爱的同学们：大家早上好!今天我国旗下的主题是《端午节的由来》。关于端午节起源的传说可多了，其中，纪念屈原的说法流传得最广。屈原是我国古代伟大的爱国诗人，出生在XX多年前战国时期的楚国。他为人正直，学识渊博，很有才干，在楚国担任了重要职务。因为他主张坚决对抗秦国侵略，而受到打击、排斥，还被楚王赶出了朝廷。屈原悲愤极了，在流放途中写下了许多充满爱国精神的诗篇，最有名的是《离骚》。后来，秦国军队攻占了楚国都城。楚国失地千里，尸横遍野。屈原心如刀割，他不愿意看到国破家亡的惨景，就在农历五月五日这一天，怀抱石块，跳进了泪罗江。当时他62岁。百姓们爱戴屈原，当听到他自杀的消息后，纷纷划着船奔向江中，去打捞屈原的遗体，但没能找到。他们怕江中的鱼虾会咬食屈原的遗体，又纷纷把江米装迸竹筒，扔到水里，想用江米喂食鱼虾来保护屈原的遗体。

亲爱的老师，同学们：早上好!我是来自606班的陈宇佳。今天，我想和同学们谈一谈“低碳生活，从我做起”的话题。早春三月，应是草长莺飞，桃花含苞欲放的日子，但就在上周末，一场纷纷扬扬的大雪与我们的美丽校园不期而遇，当同学们踩着皑皑白雪，一定不会有寒冬雪天里打雪仗的那份畅快，却会有着一份淡淡的忧思地球----这个被水蓝色纱衣包裹着的美丽星球!近年来是愈来愈不太平，我们放眼世界，地球生存环境对人类似乎并不那么乐观：火山、地震、海啸等地质灾害一个个接踵而至;暴雪、洪涝、干旱、异常气象等自然灾害频发。让我们冷静思考一下，这是大自然的错吗?为何大自然突然变得不再“亲切”这一系列的灾难正是在全球气候变暖的背景下产生的。自上世纪80年代以来，随着人类活动的加剧，向空气中排放的温室气体不断增加，导致全球气候变暖，也让人类面临更加恶劣的生存环境。这一变化得到了人们的高度关注，大家都在力图用各种方法来应对气候变化，而改善我们地球环境的最有效手段就是节能减排，做到低碳生活。

在全市两违工作会议上的讲话
同志们：这次全市清理违建工作会议，是在特殊形势下召开的一次下决心、动真格、打硬仗的专题会议。今年以来，市委多次召开会议，研究部署违建清理工作，并先后组织开展了几次大规模的专项行动，有力刹住了非法占地抢建之风，遏制了“两违”的蔓延势头。在看到成效的同时，我们更要清醒地认识到，现在违建的歪风开始重新抬头，从中心市区到城乡结合部，再到周边乡村，都不同程度地存在。这不仅严重阻碍了项目落地，阻碍了城市发展，影响了社会和谐稳定，从根本上说也损害了大多数人民群众的利益。之所以出现这些现象，我认为主要有以下几个原因：一是住房需求。在房价走高的情况下，一些人心存侥幸、铤而走险，违法违规建设住房。二是利益驱使。一些人“以房生财”，或用来出租经营，私自违建、高价出售；或为牟取超额拆迁补偿费用，顶风作案。三是执法不严。部门齐抓共管格局的合力没有形成，网格化管理责任没有落实到位，“清违”工作时紧时松，致使违建者对“清违”行动持怀疑态度，等待时机“东山再起”。还有，在同一片区的违建房，有的拆了，有的没拆，导致群众认为执法就是欺负老实人，“找人、说情、送礼”就可幸免于难。
