《纲要》在语言领域中提出：发展幼儿语言的关键是创设一个能使他们想说、敢说、喜欢说、有机会说并能得到积极应答的环境以及鼓励幼儿大胆、清楚地表达自己的想法和感受，发展幼儿语言表达能力和思维能力。根据这一目标和要求，结合中班幼儿的年龄特点和语言发展水平，制定以下目标： 1、引导幼儿感受散文的美，体验母子亲情交流的愉快。 2、加深幼儿对树叶从春天到秋天逐渐变黄，最后变成落叶的认识。 3、帮助幼儿理解新词：“翩翩起物，四面八方，焐焐，惦记，盼望。” 根据目标，我把活动的重点定为第一个目标：引导幼儿感受散文的美，体验母子亲情交流的愉快。

在这个活动当中，我主要采用视听讲结合法，并力求将情感教育贯穿与整个语言活动当中，开始部分，以趣激情，做了一个新的尝试，打破了以往用图片、谈话等引出活动主题的方式，而是利用多媒体课件，通过猜谜语的形式，以动态的画面、小动物的声音再现等，吸引了孩子们的眼球，从而激发了他们对春天里的小动物的热爱和好奇的情趣，能饶有兴趣的参与到活动中来，并且也很自然地引出了故事当中的动物角色，为幼儿理解故事情节做了一个很好的铺垫。 让幼儿了解故事情节部分，我以情代情，运用了极富感染力的配乐，以我教师自身的激情和语言感染力，为幼儿讲述故事内容，同时，也是为了给幼儿一个完整的故事形象，给幼儿以很好熏陶和感染。在了解了故事情节的基础上，让幼儿学会故事当中小动物之间的重点对话部分，我采用了恰当的提问方式，引导幼儿分段欣赏课件，我突出了多媒体课件的作用，一是将故事中的角色对话、动物形象，用小动画的形式表现出来，声情并茂；二是替代了以往呆板的图片讲述方式，使得故事的内容更加生动、角色更加鲜活，让幼儿有身临其境的感觉。引导掌握和学说小动物之间的重点对话。［评课稿］ 今天我组织的这个活动主要两个方面的特点：一、尝试运用了猜谜语的形式，引出活动的主题。 这个活动中我主要采用视听讲结合法，以趣激情，在如何能自然引出活动的主题，而且幼儿也十分敢兴趣，我做了一个小小的尝试，打破了以往用图片、谈话等引出活动主题的方式，而是利用多媒体课件，通过猜谜语的形式，以动态的画面、小动物的声音再现等，吸引孩子们的眼球，活动中也可以看出，孩子们的情绪是高涨的，他们很愿意参与到我的活动当中来，这也很自然地引出了故事当中的动物角色，为幼儿理解故事情节做了一个很好的铺垫。

二、存在问题及下步打算总结ZT教育开展情况，虽然整体上较为顺利，但对照上级要求、群众期望和发展需要还有一定不足。主要表现在：一是学习浮于表面，不深入不具体，效果不理想。个别D员对ZT教育重要性认识不足，有时忙于工作，存在以业务学习代替理论学习、缩小范围选择性学习的现象，政治理论学习缺乏主动性，图完成任务，学深悟透、知行合一做得不好。二是理论学习研讨深度不够，不能活学活用，用理论指导实际工作。有的D员学习研讨被动应付，将理论分析的多，结合实际具体工作的少，没有真正将理论知识应用于实践，没有真正用的D的最新理论创新工作思路，解决实际问题。三是调查研究不深不细，了解情况不具体，解决措施不明确。有的D员还没有真正沉下心来，带着问题到一线了解实际情况，存在以座谈、走访代替调研的情况，了解实际情况不细致，没有真正发现实际问题。针对问题拟定的措施针对性不够，解决问题还不彻底。
