每天早上我都会早早的来到科室，换好衣服，整理好思绪，坐在电脑前开始一天的工作。杜绝执行口头医嘱难，医护人员都深知执行口头医嘱带来的严重后果，临床上领导也常强调除抢救病人外不执行口头医嘱，但你看“哎呦、哎呦！”这位先生疼的直打滚，这种情况下执行则违反原则，不执行又怕招来患者及家属的不理解，甚至会痛骂一顿我们，所以左右为难的我只有多督促医生及时补开医嘱。 催交费用是我们基层医院最头痛的事，收治的病人大多数来自农村，他们文化层次较低，经济拮据，如非病情严重，一般不会花钱住院，这不我刚踏进15床李阿姨病床前：“阿姨，您今天挂瓶的费用不足了，请您家属前去缴下费用，不然话会不能及时给您用药了。”“你们这医院刀子也磨得太锋利了吧！昨晚进来才交的一千，怎么就没了呢?”因此我们必须要耐心解释昨晚的费用，药费多少、CT、拍片多少、化验各项费用多少，听明白了家属这才把钱缴上。 主班护士工作压力大，工作繁琐，接触面广，工作中稍有解释不到位或语言欠妥，都会引起病人及家属的指责，执行医嘱不及时就会引起病人及医生的不理解。因此，常常会受委屈，也会给工作带来很大的压力。 我相信虽然主班护士工作面临种种困难，但只要我具备娴熟的专业能力，熟悉科室的工作程序及操作流程，在给病人及其家属解释费用清单或催款时，保持良好的语态，注意语速和语调，充分运用各种沟通技巧，一定能构建和谐的医患关系，将责任心与爱心协调一致，严格遵守各项规章制度，对患者及医院高度负责，同时将爱心与同情心完美的协调起来，学会与病人换位思考，对病人的痛苦感同身受。 总之，主班护士既要确保医嘱能及时准确的传达给各班护士执行，又要处理好各种纷繁复杂的社会关系，但我已不是那个扎着马尾辫的小姑娘了，在面对工作中的重重困难时，我一定会运用自己所掌握的专业能力，尽能力的展现出主班护士的工作魅力，为医院的护理工作画龙点睛。

尊敬的各位老师、亲爱的同学们：大家好!我今天国旗下讲话的题目是《好习惯，益终生》。法国学者培根说过，“习惯是人生的主宰，人们应该努力追求好习惯。”是的，行为习惯就像我们身上的指南针，指引着我们的行动。爱因斯坦有句名言，“一个人取得的成绩往往取决于性格上的伟大。”而构成性格的，正是日常生活中的一个个好习惯。好习惯养成得越多，个人的能力就越强。养成好的习惯，就如同为梦想插上了翅膀，它将为人生的成功打下坚定的基石。小时候的鲁迅先生，就养成了不迟到的习惯，他要求自己抓紧时间，时刻叮嘱自己凡事都要早做。这位以“小跑走完一生”的作家，在中国文学史上留下了辉煌的业绩。可见，行为习惯对一个人各方面的素质起了决定性的作用。在中国南方发生过这样一个故事，一家著名的企业公开招聘管理人才，在应聘者当中，有高学历的人，也有口才非常出众的公关人员，更有曾经从事过管理工作的人。但是，到了最后，负责招聘的企业老总却选中了一位在走廊上随手捡起一张废纸的应聘者。有人问企业老总冒号“为什么你要选那位不占任何优势的应聘的人呢?”
