各地妇联注重加强与司法行政部门合作，联合打造“巾帼法律明白人”队伍，如内蒙古自治区妇联联合区农牧厅、司法厅实施“农村牧区学法用法示范户”与“法律明白人”培育工程，加强农村牧区女性法治人才培养；河南省妇联与省司法厅联合发文，明确提出，到2025年全省将逐步实现村民小组“巾帼法律明白人”全覆盖等；青岛市妇联联合市司法局联合印发《“巾帼法律明白人”素质提升工程实施方案》，通过“力量联合、培训融入、典型示范”，增强村、社区妇联干部和工作人员法治素养和维权能力等，充分发挥“巾帼法律明白人”在人民调解、普法宣传、基层治理等方面的积极作用，为平安建设注入“她力量”。国家的繁荣进步，离不开法治的支撑；社会的和谐稳定，离不开法治的保障。在强国建设、民族复兴新征程上，妇联组织将进一步扎实做好普法工作，不断增强妇女儿童和家庭尊法学法守法用法的自觉性主动性，助力形成办事依法、遇事找法、解决问题用法、化解矛盾靠法的良好法治环境，为法治中国建设作出更大贡献。

2024年，乡将以创造安全稳定的政治社会环境为主线，紧紧围绕着平安建设、法治建设，在综治维稳、社会治理、服务群众上下功夫，推动政法工作高质量发展，高水平跃进。一是积极化解各类矛盾，全力维护社会稳定。正确处理人民内部矛盾。建立矛盾纠纷排查调处机制，认真做好矛盾分类梳理和调处工作，及时准确地掌握可能引发不稳定案件的苗头，做到早发现、早报告、早疏导、早化解，力求把问题解决在基层，消化在内部，化解在萌芽状态。对涉法涉诉上访案件不回避、不推拖，对不合理诉求，做好耐心细致的解释说服工作，对合理诉求，给予及时处理。二是着力做好社会治理现代化。一要高规格推进市域社会治理现代化。要进一步做细网格服务管理，推动创建服务站，建立信息收集、下沉走访、信息融合、跟踪督办、考评激励机制等落实落地。

六、筑牢禁毒防线，开展禁毒宣传为深入推进青少年毒品预防教育工作，切实增强青少年学生识毒、防毒、拒毒能力，促进学生健康快乐成长，团旗委积极引导各基层团组织及青年志愿者参与禁毒工作，一是依托团组织宣传阵地开展各种禁毒宣传活动，如组织青少年观看宣教片、禁毒图片展，组织青年团员、志愿服务队志愿者、发放宣传手册同时向青少年介绍禁毒相关知识，并详细讲解毒品对个人、家庭、社会造成的严重危害，引导学生知法、懂法、守法。二是发动基层团组织利用社区宣传栏开展禁毒知识宣传，全面提高了广大青少年对毒品的危害性和禁毒、防毒、拒毒重要性的认识。今年上半年以来，共举办禁毒知识讲座1场，发放禁毒宣传手册200余册。下一步，团旗委将紧盯青少年法治教育和预防青少年违法犯罪工作重点，持续定期开展法治宣传教育活动，提升全旗青少年法治素养、加强青少年自我保护能力，持续关心关爱青少年健康成长，用心用情筑牢青少年安全屏障。
