班级加减分奖惩制度

为了更好的发展公会需要招收主播、稳定主播、提升主播。一、招收主播为了在规模上扩大公会，对于招收主播特制定以下制度：1、主播的招募人（以下称星探）可以拿主播签约次月起连续三个月的后台佣金的5%。2、原则上谁招收的主播谁做经纪人，招收人可以拿主播4/5两月后台佣金的5%。3、星探每月必须招募满6名合格主播，少一名工资扣8%，连续3月招不满6人辞退。4、星探之间不得互相恶性竞争，如果出现两名星探共招一人，则以主播意见为准。5、星探必须和经纪人有有效交接，如果因交接失误导致主播流失有一例扣底薪100，扣光为止。星探底薪2000。二、稳定主播为了更好的稳定公会，对于稳定主播特制定以下制度：1、经济人必须熟练电脑和手机开播流程，能够培训主播正常开播。2、经纪人主要负责维护已经签约主播，确保主播能过优质（公会）。
