果园承包合同
甲方（发包方）:乙方（承包方）:根据《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》及相关法律法规和国家政策的规定，经召开村民会议认真讨论，甲、乙双方本着平等、自愿、有偿的原则，就果园承包经营的相关事宜经协商一致，订立本合同，供甲、乙双方共同遵守。一、承包果园的坐落和面积甲方将座落在 果园 亩承包给乙方经营，其中：____树____株；____树____株；____树____株（具体见明细）。果园的四至为：东至 西至 南至 北至 二、承包期限承包期限为 年，从____年____月____日起至____年____月____日（阳历）止。三、承包费及支付方式1、本合同果园承包费为每亩每年 元 ，果园承包费共计人民币 元（¥ ）。2、乙方于本合同签订之日一次性向甲方付清本合同的全部承包费人民币 元（¥ ）。四、甲乙双方的权利和义务1、本合同果园的土地及果园所有权属于甲方，乙方在承包经营期限内对承包果园享有经营管理和收益权。2、甲方有权监督乙方履行合同约定的义务，但不得干涉乙方的自主经营。3、乙方在承包经营期间，必须加强果园的管理，保证所承包果树的正常生长和存活，做好除草、培土、施肥及病虫害防治等，若发生果树死亡，乙方必须及时补种，以保证甲方果树的品种、数量及相应果树的树龄。

果园承包合同
甲方：下河西村委会乙方：承包方村民 经村民代表大会讨论通过，通过公开招投标，甲方将村集体所有权的果园承包给乙方，具体协商事项如下：第一条 承包地块及权利：甲方将坐落在 的果园承包给乙方，甲方对果园、果树享有所有权及经营指导权。果园管理、修剪出现伤亡事故与甲方无关。未经村里同意，对承包果园不得私自变更用途。如变更，甲方有权随时解除合同。乙方对果园、果树享有经营、管理、收益权，但没有出租、转包、抵押权，果园范围以外不属于承包范围，归村集体所有。乙方不得随意砍伐树木，承包后必须把所有承包范围内的空地缺树补齐，保证承包时的果树株数，果园周边的开荒地必须栽树，对移栽、嫁接的果树，合同期满后无偿收归集体。
芒果园承包合同
为了共同发展芒果产业，共同提高经济效益，甲方自愿将属于自己产权的芒果承包给乙方经营管理，经甲乙双方自愿协商达成一致，在平等互惠的条件下签订如下条约：一、甲方芒果园位于攀枝花市仁和区务本乡葩地村坳口组15号，具体范围由甲方指定给乙方的为准（包括所有小芒果树苗），承包年限为五年。 二、乙方负责所有芒果园里的全部劳动（包括除草、施肥、浇水、打药、修枝、套袋、芒果、嫁接以及未挂果的小树苗管理）甲方不负责任何一项费用。三、甲方自愿将自家现有的生产用具和生活用具及房屋配套设施提供给乙方，但乙方自行负责用具的维护、维修及二次购买，乙方必须爱护房屋及果园配套设施（如：水管、水池等），若有损坏必须及时修理和维护，具体物资及配套设施由甲乙双方清点为准，详见附件1。四、在承包期内，乙方自行负责一切安全事故（包括所承包芒果园的社会治安管理和自然灾害风险以及乙方雇佣工人的生命财产安全），承包期限内出现的一切安全问题与甲方无关。
