团结力量大-说课稿
尊敬的各位领导、老师们：大家早上好，今天我说课的中队课题是《团结力量大》。少先队活动课的目的在于通过形式多样的活动，培养少先队干部的自主能力，培养队员的参与意识，激发队员们昂扬向上的积极的精神和高尚的道德情操，同时丰富小学生文化活动，活跃校园文化氛围。那么接下来，针对我的课题，我将从说设想、说设计、说辅导、说过程、说效果五个方面进行我的说课。一、说设想本次说课是进行课后说课。主要是希望一通过本节课的活动，让学生体验到团结合作就是大家在互相信任、互相支持、互相配合、互相帮助中一起把事情做好。明白在集体中要学会团结合作。二在听故事、玩游戏、赏小品中，亲身感受团结合作带来的乐趣。三是在活动中收获团结合作带来成功的喜悦，融入集体，增强集体荣誉感。二、说设计由于本课课题为《团结力量大》，因此，选用体验式活动方式，让队员们感受团结的力量并分享感受。为保证活动有序开展，在活动授课前，教师需要准备绳子、桌子、小品剧本以及相关游戏细则。活动课第一环节听两个小故事，让学生对比两个故事，感受团结合作的重要性。第二环节是“搬桌子”游戏、第三环节欣赏小品“五官争宠”，第四环节是“两人三足”游戏，考验合作默契。最后，学生谈感受，说体会，并合唱团结就是力量。最后辅导员做总结。三、说辅导队员是队活动的主题，活动参与，不落一人。发挥全体队员作用，以课本剧《一箭断，十箭难断》为载体，让学生们自己去排练，想想，十兄弟不团结的时候，会对各个亲兄弟做什么？团结之后呢？辅导员在这里不做明确的指示，只抛砖引玉，让学生自己去思考，用自己思考的结果来演绎这个课本剧。作为观众的学生，在观看完之后也可以就自己所见的，来谈谈自己的感受及启发。在之后的两个游戏中，因为我班的学生少，所以我做到了让每个学生都成为游戏参与者，让班上的每一个学生都参与其中，在条件允许的情况下，与其让学生看，让他们真正参与其中，才是对他们最好的辅导。参与游戏之后，不论是胜方还是败方，都会有最真实的感受，而让他们把这感受说出来，就是这节课的教学重点了！

（三）辅导员总结一个人的力量是很小的，大家只有团结一致，力量才是最大的。大家团结在一起，一起学习，一起活动，共同努力，才能把我们的班集体建设的更好。希望同学们能手拉手、心连心，为创建和谐美好的班集体贡献自己的力量。五、说效果少先队活动课已经结束了。从参加小品的学生身上，我也感受到了团结的力量，：团结起来才有最大的力量中，我知道了，孩子们懂得了团结；从那个向我埋怨胳膊很疼却在我问道为什么不放手的时候，不假思索地回答：放手就输了！的女生身上，我知道了，孩子们懂得了信任，没有人会放手；从“两人三足”的一二一二口号声中，我知道了，孩子们学会了配合；从最后的采访回答：我们如果能互相监督不扔垃圾，我们班的卫生就不会扣那么多分，我知道了，他们将会互相帮助。这就是我的少先队活动课，就是孩子们的收获。谢谢大家！
