各位老师、同学：早上好!大家在食堂入口处可以看到一张贴着以“节约”为主题的漫画、手抄报比赛海报。再过一周10月31日是世界勤俭日，该节日的确立旨在号召人们勤俭节约以共同应对日益严重的资源危机，进而促进社会的健康可持续发展。今天我们就谈谈与勤俭节约有关的那些事。昨天我详细统计分析了9月份每间宿舍的水电情况。9月份宿舍总用电94106度，平均度，用水3995吨，平均吨，用电最多的宿舍是2305(563度)，用电最少是3401(40度)，两者相差14倍，用水最多的宿舍是2206(52吨)，用水最少是六间宿舍(4426、3207、1107、5608、5607、3323,3吨)，用电超过平均值20%的宿舍总共有190间，用水超过平均值20%的宿舍总共有134间，现在如果把水电用量最多的集中到一个宿舍，这宿舍一个月的水电费约586元，再加上其它公共部分水电费用，月人均应是150元以上，同学们交的住宿费还不够水电费。学校每年支付的水电费超过150万元，除正常使用外，个别是水电浪费造成的，值得我们深思。通过以上对比数据可以看出，在宿舍中存在严重浪费水电的情况。
