XX年小学新学期开学国旗下讲话尊敬的老师们、亲爱的同学们：大家好!在新学期的开学升旗仪式上，首先请允许我向刚安排到我们学校的新老师、新同学表示最热烈的欢迎!过去的一学年，我们学校在全体师生的共同努力下，学校各方面的工作稳步前进，教育教学方面取得了优异成绩，学校的面貌焕然一新。刚刚过去的这个暑假，虽然酷热，但确实令人感到愉快、难忘而有意义。同学们在假期中合理的休息、愉快的活动、刻苦的学习，努力做到寒假中学校的要求;在老师和家长的帮助下，大家踊跃开展丰富多彩的有益的活动;到外地开拓视野，增长知识;还不断的学习课外书籍等等，这一切真让人感到高兴!现在，同学们面对徐徐升起的五星红旗，你们在想什么呢?作为一个小学生，如何使自己成为家庭的好孩子、学校的好学生、社会的好少年呢?将来如何更好地适应新形势的需求，把自己塑造成为符合时代发展的、能为社会作出贡献的合格人才呢?在这里，我代表学校向同学们提出新学期的希望和要求：

三、宗教改革：1、背景：（1）文艺复兴的影响。文艺复兴中，人文主义学者尽管对宗教保持较为温和的态度，但其以人为中心的思想极大地冲击了天主教的精神独裁，天主教的权威日益受到人们的怀疑。（2）天主教会对欧洲尤其是德意志的压榨。中世纪的天主教会对人民进行严密的精神统治，基督教信仰的核心是“原罪”和“灵魂救赎”，即人生下来就有罪，只有信仰上帝，跟随耶稣才能得救。就“灵魂救赎”而言，最初强调的是个人信仰的作用，后来，神学家们又加上了种种繁杂的宗教礼仪，而且必须得到神职人员的帮助，灵魂才能得救。在经济上，天主教会还是最大的封建主，占有大量的土地，并征收什一税，对各国人民大肆搜刮。罗马教廷每年从德意志搜刮的财富达30万古尔登（货币单位），相当于“神圣罗马帝国”皇帝每年税收额的20倍。德意志也成了被教会榨取最严重的地区，素有“教皇的乳牛”之称。
2023年以来日喀则市民政工作综述
随着经济社会和文明程度的逐步提升，日喀则市孤儿人数从2015年的近1000人下降到现在的656人，保障标准从2020年的每人每月1059元提高到现在每人每月1231元，孤儿集中收养率始终保持在100%。日喀则市以“两个健康成长”为重点，全力抓好儿童身体健康和心理健康，全力抓好儿童生活和学习质量，实施“大手拉小手、携手伴成长”活动，积极营造孤儿健康成长的环境。同时，开展“家庭式”寄养，签订寄养协议140份，办理收养证12例，促进孤儿“回归”家庭。2021年6月，未成年人保护委员会办公室由团市委移交至民政部门，但机构、人员均未移交。日喀则市民政局主动汇报衔接，推动成立领导小组，市县两级政府全部建立了未成年人保护工作领导小组，领导小组办公室设在民政局，建立健全未成年人保护机制，家庭、学校、社会、网络、政府、司法等六方面共同保护儿童的大格局基本形成。全市20.39万名未成年人纳入“六位一体”保护体系。此外，日喀则市还加强留守儿童、困境儿童关爱服务，全市206个乡镇（街道）配备了儿童督导员，1659个行政村和34个社区居委会配备了儿童主任，实现全覆盖。下拨心理疏导关爱资金531.18万元，通过购买服务的方式，引进专业社会组织，1760名留守儿童和1191名困境儿童依法得到关爱和保护。让三秦百姓共沐法治“春雨”

我也是农村长大的孩子，在农村的日子就是我整个童年，虽然没有城市的繁荣和物质基础，但在农村我就是一只自由自在、欢乐无比的小鸟。走进白石小学，我仿佛又回到了我那个自由洒脱的童年。孩子们的欢声笑语，孩子们的调皮捣蛋，还有孩子们的聪明伶俐，无不让我感到开心和幸福。这种幸福感不像是亲人朋友给予的爱，而是把你带进你无法回到的过去的难忘时光。在我们安排的课程中，里面大多数是以第二课堂为主。为了吸引孩子们的注意和培养他们的兴趣，我们也是使出浑身解数，让课程变得有趣而不乏味。虽然经历了当老师的辛苦，但孩子们带给我们的欢乐和感动让我们觉得一切都值得。在我所参与的课堂中，我看到了“老师们”的窘迫，但孩子们却还是学得很认真笑得很开心。这就是我们现在无法相比的，孩子们的天真热情，单纯可爱，让我们这些最初不抱好想法的大学生感到温暖，很快，我们就融入其中了。

The three conversations have a strong vitality and insert the festival and cultural elements from different countries. So perceiving the festivals and cultures from different countries is the second task. At the same time, the scripts also insert the targeted grammar --- v-ing as attributive and predicative, which students can perceive and experience in a real context and make a road for the further study. That is the third task. In the Part B--- Listening and Talking, the theme is “Talk about festival experience”, which is the common topic in our daily conversations. During the conversation, Song Lin, a Chinese student, asked Canadian friend Max about how to spend Christmas. In the conversation, Song Lin talked about experience and the feelings during the Chinese Spring Festival, during which there are not only some enjoyable things but some unpleasant things. After the listening, perhaps students find there are some similarities between Christmas and the Chinese Spring Festival as there are some differences in the origins and celebrations. For example, people always visit friends and relatives, decorate their houses, have a big dinner together, chat and give presents to each other.
