各位同学，各位老师，早上好!伴着清晨的第一缕阳光，我们又迎来了新的一天，新的一周。今天我讲话的主题是：以积极的态度迎接期末考试 。开学到现在已近一个学期了，四个月来，老师们克服了很多困难，认真地备课、上课、批改作业、辅导学生;我们同学认真地听课、按时完成作业、积极参加各项活动，确保了学校教学工作的顺利展开。一转眼，今天已经是第十八周的星期一了，下周的星期二将举行语文、数学的期末考试，星期三将举行英语的期末考试。期末考试是学校教学工作中的一件大事，它是评估一学期来教学质量和学习质量的一种重要手段，期末考试的学科成绩是衡量教师教学质量和学生学习质量的主要依据之一。因此全体师生思想上要高度重视期末考试考试，认真复习，作好充分准备，力争在期末考试中取得优异成绩，为此特向全体师生提出如下三点要求：第一，要求全体老师要根据期末考试的特征，根据本学科的特点，结合学生的实际精心备好每一节复习课，认真上好每一节复习课，系统整理一学期来的知识体系，供学生复习使用。同时要做好基础薄弱学生和学有困难学生的思想工作，切实加强这些同学的辅导工作，做好考试方法的指导工作，激发他们的信心，努力使他们在原有的基础上有所提高。
XX年4月18日国旗下讲话：好好学习，报答祖国
同学们，作为未来世界的小主人，我们是祖国的未来和希望。我们应该像先辈那样，从小就立下为国为民服务的壮志，好好学习，掌握各种本领，为新世纪的祖国带上耀眼的光环。1990年，祖国北京举办了第十一届亚洲运动会，要开好这样大规模的运动会，光靠国家拨款还不够，要靠社会各界力量大力支持。在捐款本上，第一个捐款人竟是个小姑娘。她叫颜海霞，是江苏省建湖镇湖中小学的学生。她家里并不富裕，可她为了支持亚运会，把自己仅有的1元6角钱寄给了亚运组委会。钱虽少，可表达了一名少先队员对祖国的热爱。有很多少先队员懂得学习的重要，科学的重要，爱动脑筋。山西线县的小女孩李珍，从8岁起就注意观察生活，动手动脑，有了30几项小发明。

xx区企业服务中心2023年度上半年工作总结及下半年工作思路
（一）招商引资工作情况1.统筹制定全年任务，优化理顺工作机制。一是组织架构赋能，激发招商引资新活力。承接专班招商引资专项小组、综合协调专项小组工作，统筹推动各项市级专项招商工作。对接区委组织部开展xx区青年干部招商先锋队筹建及业务招商指导、业务培训、日常管理、成果考核等工作。二是考核指标固能，保障考核目标使命达。形成“企聚xx”2023年招商引资工作方案，梳理形成《xx区2023年企聚xx招商引资重点任务清单》，形成《“招商引资”考核指标评分标准（2023年）》《xx区青年干部招商先锋队招商任务考核标准》，保障目标任务落实到位。三是工作制度强能，实现工作推进高效行。建立周例会、周报、月总结汇报三个协调机制。制定标准化招商推介材料，组织招商引资专题业务培训。2.加快签约项目落地，助推实现“数税双收”。累计引进优质企业xx家，预计可实现年营收xx.x亿元、年纳税约x.xx亿元、投资总额xx.xx亿元。其中，预计年纳税xxxx万以上企业x家。xx家已落地企业中，市外投资企业共x家。深南东总部产业空间招商先锋队已引进项目x个，正在进行注册x个项目。3.推进储备重点项目。2023年1月至6月，储备重点在谈项目xx个。xxx强／央企／国企／外商投资项目x个、上市公司投资项目x个、准独角兽项目x个、国高企业项目x个。深南东总部产业空间招商先锋队已对接企业xx家，重点跟进项目xx个。4.拓宽招商引资渠道，集聚优质项目资源。召开招商引资推介会，会同市商务局举办“2023伦敦科技周—中英科技企业交流活动”。加大力度对接第三方资源，注重产业研究，发力国际资源，开展楼宇招商，广建渠道网络。
XX市公共资源交易中心2024年上半年工作总结和下半年工作谋划
（四）强化新技术应用。持续推进大数据分析等新技术在公共资源交易领域的应用，依靠科技创新破解公共资源交易发展中遇到的重大问题和突出矛盾。持续探索“大数据分析系统”“智能电子档案归集系统”“监控视频自动刻录系统”“手机移动端系统”等功能模块建设，推进公共资源交易由“电子交易”向“智慧交易”升级。持续完善不见面、远程异地评标系统建设，不断提升全市公共资源交易电子化水平。（五）加强公共资源交易智慧大数据分析平台在招标投标领域的运用。启用市公共资源交易智慧大数据分析平台，建立公共资源交易数据模型，强化数据融通和价值挖掘，提升交易中心围标串标风险预警及监测能力。（六）加强系统安全防护。开展系统、机房网络的安全检测，在原有平台系统定期维护更新的基础上，全面优化升级信息系统的上云方案，不断满足全市公共资源电子系统安全建设要求。
xx镇便民服务中2024年上半年工作总结及下半年工作打算
（五）夯基固本、重行重效、兜牢民生底线。一是开展xx次低保申请评议，新增农村低保xx户xx人、低保边缘户xx户xx人，发放低保金xx万元。二是困难救助xx人次，发放救助金、特困供养金共xx余万元。三是重残护理补贴xx人、xx万元。四是孤儿和事实无人抚养儿童x人、xx万。高龄补贴xx人、xx万元，群众幸福指数不断攀升。三、存在问题及下一步打算半年来，xx镇便民服务中心牢记为民服务宗旨意识，扎实开展各项惠民利民便民措施举措，取得较好成效，但依然存在部分问题，主要表现在：因历史条件限制，办公地停车位较少，每逢赶集日办事群众较多，群众停车不方便，便民服务设施等硬件建设还需加强；宣传力度不够，部分事项在村一级便可办理，但仍然有部分群众到xx镇便民服务中心来办理，对村管理和指导不够，镇便民服务中心业务人员业务能力和主动服务意识还需进一步加强。

5、抓好教育教学常规管理工作，努力提高教育教学质量。加强对中小学教育教学常规管理工作的指导和督查力度，完善教育教学综合评估机制，中心校将利用绩效工资方案，每学期考核学校领导班子，各学校也要执行本校绩效工资方案，严格兑现奖惩措施。学校主要领导必须深入课堂与教师共同探讨如何抓教学质量的提高。帮助教师转变课程观念，准确把握新课标，掌握教材教法，提高教师教育教学能力。各校要严格落实教学常规，制定切实可行的管理制度、具体措施和实施细则，抓好备课、上课、作业、辅导、考试等重要环节，做到备课“深”，上课“实”，作业“精”，辅导“细”，测试“严”。坚持重心前移，学校领导要深入班级，融入课堂，认真分析，找准着力点，让学校与教师之间、教师与教师之间、学生与教师之间形成良性互动，随时沟通，提升教与学的有效性。
