（一）大气污染防治方面。一是做好砂石场和道路扬尘治理工作。联合城管执法中队依法规范砂石市场的经营秩序，监督整改落实，确保符合“有围挡、有喷淋设施、有覆盖装备、有冲洗机械”等标准，同时，委托侨银保洁公司对辖区内主干道进行常态化清扫，防治扬尘。现有保洁员xxx人，累计投入垃圾桶约x.xx万个，垃圾转运xx台，机扫车x台，洒水车x台，已建成投入使用垃圾中转站建设3个。二是做实烟花爆竹禁燃禁放工作。根据《xx市燃放烟花爆竹和大盘香管理条例》、《xx区人民政府关于禁止燃放烟花爆竹和大盘香的通告》文件要求，由督查考核办对xx镇x类禁燃场所实施全时段督导，确保禁燃放场所内做到零燃放，春节、元宵节、清明节和农历十月期间空气质量持续改善。三是做细燃煤锅炉和餐饮油烟整治。对辖区内燃煤锅炉的养殖场和生产企业进行安全污染隐患排查，累计排查问题企业xx家，要求其将锅炉燃料更换成清洁能源。同时，对xx街道的餐饮店进行巡查整治工作，并对xx家餐饮油烟店下达整改通知书督促其及时整改，目前xx％的餐饮油烟店已安装油烟净化器，极大的优化了餐饮环境。（二）“散乱污”企业整治方面。2022年为巩固提升大气环境质量，再次开展大气污染防治“回头看”专项行动，以全面降低PM2.5和PM10平均浓度、提升空气质量优良率为目标，以“散乱污”企业整治和各类扬尘污染防治为重点，持之以恒推进大气污染防治工作，通过专项整治切实改善了我镇环境空气质量。截至目前，已关停违规生产塑料颗粒企业x家和生产散煤灰小作坊1家。

（二）打好规范办理“主动仗”，全面提质效。对事项按照“十步法”，落实“三到位”，切实形成闭环，防止初转重。建立国家局登记求决类初件包保机制，确保程序性办结和实质性化解。对重复事项要溯源复盘，摸清缘由经过、主要诉求、政策依据、症结难点等，力争化解，防止重转积。对不满意件、未参评件高度关注，要求责任单位继续做好教育疏导工作，加强督查督办，既督问题解决、也查首办责任，属于失职失责的，提出追责问责建议。（三）啃下积案化解“硬骨头”，确保真解决。从讲政治的高度扛起重点事项化解责任，严格落实专班责任制，实行“一案一策、一人一专班”，找准事项突破口、压缩化解时限，办一件、结一件、了一件，确保事项真化解。（四）拿下重点领域“拦路虎”，下好先手棋。进一步落实市委工作会议关于深化重点领域专项治理的具体要求，聚焦群众急难愁盼问题，加强过程监管和矛盾化解，切实维护群众合法利益，着力消除重点领域隐患。
