老师们, 亲爱的同学们：在这草长莺飞的美好春天里，想起这样的话题，缘于一个不被人们重视的节日：3月22日——“世界水日”。水是生命之源，是人类生存离不开的宝贵资源。记得鲁迅先生曾这样评价水：“一滴水将与一滴血等价”。真可谓是一针见血。有人会说，一滴水算得了什么，把它与“一滴血”摆在同等重要的位置，似乎有点危言耸听。对此，科学家曾做过这样一个试验：假如一个人不吃任何食物，生命可以维持二十多天，而若是不喝水，过不了一星期就可能死亡。因此，许多水利学家形容“水是农业的命脉，是工业的血液，是生命的源泉”。对于地球上的所有生灵来说，离开了水就意味着疾病、饥饿和死亡。“民以食为天，食以水为先”足以说明水的重要。
