高三最后一次国旗下讲话稿老师们，同学们，本次升旗仪式是我们2008级高中生活的最后一次升旗仪式，因为，再过15天的时间，我们章丘四中的1237名优秀学子讲迈入高考的考场，迎接人生经历中非常重要的一次挑战和考验。随后，你们也将要背起行囊，和与你朝夕相伴三年的同学、老师话别，离开母校，启程远航。此时此刻，我怀着非常激动的心情，代表级部、学校和老师向在场的全体同学送上几句话：三年前，我们相聚在一起，共同学习、生活和成长，一路走来，虽然经历了许多的困难、挫折和坎坷，但也收获了不少的欢乐、友情和成功。

其实，半年工作总结没那么难写，写出“花”也没那么高不可攀。如果工作真的很出色，不用过多“装饰”，直接摆出成绩，就可以亮瞎别人眼。比如上半年工作得到上级领导肯定性批示，在中央级媒体刊发介绍经验，在全国荣获先进，得到群众高度认可等等。当然，大多单位不可能有那么多荣誉，怎么办？这就要用心找。比如分析一下半年数据，是不是比去年同期有大幅提升。看看获得的荣誉，看有没有中央、省等荣誉。看特色，有没有工作得到领导高度认可等，群众高度称赞。只要用“心”挖，一定会写出一篇有特点的半年工作总结。3.半年工作总结想写出“花，需要你有“才”。工作有了“料”，用“心”发现了“亮点”，可是没有“才”，最终还是不能写出一篇有“花”的半年工作总结。这里“才”简单来说，就是要有“写作”能力，有亮点能概括，有想法能写得出来等等。总之，想要写好半年工作总结需要“料、心、才”具备才行。

谈到志愿者，相信大家并不陌生。联合国将它定义为“不以利益、金钱、扬名为目的，而是为了近邻乃至全世界进行贡献的活动者”，并于1985年12月17日，第40届联合国大会上，把每年12月5日定为“国际志愿者日”，目的是为了在全世界范围内弘扬志愿者精神。如今已有100多个国家积极响应，我国也在此之列。中国是礼仪之邦，自古就有“君子贵人贱己，先人而后己”之说，依靠自己的力量去帮助他人，将爱的温暖在人与人之间传递，让社会更和谐，这本身也是个人价值的社会体现，又何乐而不为呢？我们都还记得那不平凡的XX年，中国经历的年初的特大雪灾，地震和8月在京举行的奥林匹克运动会。这些考验，向全世界展示了一个崛起强国的巨大力量，和国人伟大的民族精神。在这些重大事件中，都可以见到活跃着的一些身影，是的，他们是志愿者。他们奋不顾身赶赴灾区，运输救灾物质，帮助受难群众。他们不计名利，默默奉献，为人们重建家园，他们用爱心、关怀、抚慰人们受伤的心灵。他们以热情、礼貌、智慧向来自四面八方的宾朋展示中国的魅力。当我们再回想起这一幕幕场景时，怎能忘记这些可爱的志愿者们，所付出的一切呢？

十、教学后记：这是我实习中上的第一堂课，由于没有经验，对时间的把握不好，课堂前半部分留给学生思考回答问题的时间太多了，以至于没有完成本课时的教学内容，对《箜篌引》、《桃花扇》、《闻官军收河南河北》内容的补充要留到下节课才能完成。但课堂过程中以讨论和结果发布会的形式非常能调动学生的学习积极性，这节课学生的参与度很高，绝大部分的同学都能积极思考，并敢于回答问题。但是在学生回答问题后，有些答案很好，也是我没有思考到的。但是除了简单的表扬鼓励外，我不善于把学生的思考结果与自己的板书设计结合起来，授课过程中比较拘泥于教案，显得不够灵活。总的来说，这节课的优点是教态自然、大方，声音清晰洪亮，能调动学生学习的积极性，不足在于时间掌握不好，拘泥于教案。
