XX镇农业组2024年上半年工作总结
五、大力打造清凉山茶产业，实现茶叶产业规模化、产业化。茶叶是我镇农业生产的支柱产业，全镇共有XX樱花茶区、XX古村茶区、XX茶区、XX深山茶区、XX梯田茶区5大茶区，全镇茶叶种植面积近2万多亩。上半年XX镇农业产业强镇（茶叶）建设主体之一XX市XX科技有限公司所承担建设项目通过区级验收；XX村“一村一品，一镇一业”建设项目顺利通过区级验收。六、积极培育壮大新型农业经营主体。近年来积极培育壮大了一批新型农业经营主体，目前全镇市级以上农业龙头企业共有19家，2024年上半年新增认定3家省级龙头企业；专业合作社区级以上示范社有12家， 其中国家级示范社3家，省级示范社3家，市级示范社1家，区级示范社5家；区级以上家庭农场有14家，其中省级12家，2024年5月新认定2家区级家庭农场。七、扎实抓好惠农强农政策的落实。

XX市工会2024年上半年法治工作总结
二是依法做好劳动争议调解工作。组建职工法律服务团，吸纳13名专业突出、热心公益的律师参与，明确法律援助工作流程及补贴标准，及时为职工提供专业、全面的法律咨询服务，引导职工依法理性表达诉求，今年接待职工来访100人次。联合市中级人民法院开展“法院+工会”劳动争议诉调对接工作，并在*市建立示范点，办理案件3件。三是全面提升工会法治建设水平。职工服务中心是各级工会组织开展法治宣传、服务职工的主要阵地。大力推动一站式职工服务中心建设，在全市范围内打造以市职工服务中心为龙头、乡镇（科局）职工服务中心为骨干，社区（村）职工服务中心为基础、企业职工服务中心为支撑的四级服务职工网络。服务中心设置了“政策咨询”、“法律援助”、“劳动争议调处”、“信访接待”、“心灵聊吧”和“权益维护”等服务窗口，促进工会法治建设进入了规范化、制度化和机制化轨道。
工会工作2024年上半年工作总结
强化教育引导。不断加大对员工的形势教育，积极引导广大职工凝心聚力做好安全生产和改革发展等各项工作。各基层工会建设职工书屋、图书角，采取员工授课、师带徒、检修小课堂、现场观摩等多种方式，充分调动职工学习热情。注重发挥好典型示范引领作用，公司工会不断完善公司先进评选方案，确保先进评选具有典型性和先进性。文体活动异彩纷呈。组织郊游活动、迎新拔河赛、社区乒乓球和羽毛球赛、“伟大的变革大合唱比赛”等，职工乒乓球邀请赛暨职工趣味运动会、赛罕区职工运动会、“纵马青城”马拉松活动、“活力青城行”徒步迎新、成立并承办乌兰牧骑活动等，对内凝心聚力提升职工归属感和自豪感，对外展示员工积极健康的精神风貌，树立公司良好形象。（五）引导建功立业，巾帼不让须眉
XX乡2024年上半年禁毒工作总结
为了确保禁毒工作落到实处，我乡按照“三区一室”规范化建设标准建成社区戒毒康复中心，成立了本级社区戒毒社区康复工作领导机构，按照考核细则认真完成了组织领导、基础配套、队伍建设、工作机制内的相关内容，能够达到评定标准。三、工作中存在的问题没有强制性的措施约束社会面有吸毒史和戒断三年未复吸人员，导致个别吸毒人员不配合工作人员开展相关工作，给管控工作带来极大的困难。四、下一步工作计划一是按照考核标准持续深化“社区戒毒康复工作中心星级评定”创建工作。二是加强吸毒人员管控力度，常态化开展脱失吸毒人员“清零”机制，明确目标，压实责任，强化措施，补齐短板，失联一个，查找一个。采取各种手段，下大力气开展查控脱失吸毒人员的工作，最大限度地减少失控吸毒人员，确保实现脱失吸毒人员全部“清零”。
区图书馆2024年上半年工作总结
5场线上读书打卡活动，让读书作为一种生活方式，使阅读活动真正实现全民化、常态化。三、图书流动服务“七进”工作**区图书馆流动图书车驶向街头、广场、学校，为百姓送去精神文化大餐。特此开展图书流动服务“七进”工作，全面推动全民阅读活动进机关、进校园、进家庭、进乡村、进社区、进军营、进工地，实现全民阅读全覆盖。截至2024年上半年，**区图书馆共开展10余次图书流动服务活动，接下来，我馆继续开展流动服务工作，充分调动全民读书的积极性，推动全民阅读走进基层，贴近群众。回顾半年来的工作，我们在取得成绩的同时，还存在许多不足，还需努力完善。在未来的工作中我们要始终树立“读者至上，服务第一”的原则，不断提高服务质量、创新服务形式，拓宽服务领域，延伸服务范围。让更多的人能够享受到读书带来了的乐趣。

三是补齐市政设施建设短板。按照“花小钱、办实事”的原则，开展“城市体检”，排查城市污水、排水井116个，更换污水井盖27个、排水井12个；排查城市路灯1470个，更换维修310个；对城区21座桥梁进行安全排查，整改安全隐患4处；维护主次干道46处计5.11公里，维修人行道青石板453平方，更换城区损坏破损的座椅55把，疏通雨水管道216米，整治“空中管线”55处。五、重长效强监管，城市安全管理实现新突破一是大力开展油烟污染治理。对城区79家机关企事业单位，127家餐饮企业及城区工地食堂开展油烟污染全面排查检测1次，下发整改通知25份。实施规范管理，定期开展执法检查，要求“三个灶台”及以上必须安装油烟净化器，并聘请专业清洗公司对油烟净化器定期进行清洗，建立清洗台账，做好台账式管理，目前城区油烟净化装置安装使用率95％以上，达标排放率90％以上。
2024年上半年食品安全工作总结7篇
全镇上下统一思想，加大节日食品安全宣传力度，充分利用集市人员密集的契机，采取悬挂条幅、张贴标语、公示栏公示、发放宣传单等形式，认真向全镇群众宣传食品安全相关法律法规及科普知识，正确引导群众消费，并发动群众监督，及时揭露生产、销售假冒伪劣、有毒有害食品的违法犯罪行为，在全镇范围内形成注重食品安全，打击假冒伪劣、有毒有害食品的氛围。 三、加强检查，排查、整治隐患 镇双节期间食品安全整治工作领导小组通过逐一检查与临时抽查相结合的方式对我镇学校食堂、餐饮单位等检查重点对象及区域进行了检查，重点检查内容是制售假冒伪劣食品、生产经营“三无”食品、有毒有害食品，加工销售注水肉、病害肉及病死畜禽。通过检查进一步规范了我镇食品生产经营秩序，净化了节日食品市场。 四、有效应对，加强应急处置 全镇各单位、各村坚持节日值班和食品安全事故报告制度，严格实行24小时值班制，制定值班表并张贴上墙，主要负责人都亲自带班，确保节日期间信息畅通。

（一）全面抓好安全生产统筹督导。充分发挥镇安委办综合协调指导职能，切实做好上下衔接工作，推动各办所联勤联动。聚焦重点难点，以隐患排查和风险防控两个抓手，着力破解突出问题，结合问题发现整改机制、班子成员周会研判等常态化工作机制，实施安全生产网格化、清单化、闭环化监管，进一步压实属地监管责任。（二）扎实开展重点领域专项整治。坚持“四位一体”统筹做好安全生产专项整治三年行动成果巩固，结合“强安2024”、安全生产“迎大运·保安全”、重大隐患排查整治等活动，切实抓好森林防灭火、危化品、城镇燃气、消防安全、建筑施工等重点行业领域安全防范，深入开展各领域专项行动，强化隐患排查整治，提升各领域本质安全水平。（三）大力提升依法治安能力水平。加大事前处罚力度，常态化实施全员、全方位、全过程反“三违”行为综合治理，始终保持对危险作业等打非治违高压态势，切实以严格执法，推进安全生产由企业被动接受监管向主动加强管理转变、隐患排查治理由部门行政执法为主向企业日常自查自纠转变，不断提升全镇安全监管队伍素质和能力，提高执法检查效率和水平。
