虽然我们具备了创建全国文明城市的一定条件,但我们还要充分认识到全国文明城市是所有城市品牌中含金量最高、创建难度最大的一个,是最能反映城市整体文明水平的综合性荣誉称号。环境整洁、卫生清洁、交通文明是城市文明的最直接表现,是成功创文的重要保证。今天举办启动仪式的目的是明确目标,提振士气,提升信心,在今后工作中,还靠大家发扬“钉钉子精神”和“工匠精神”,敢于担当,敢于作为。借今天的机会,我想提三点意见,与大家一起共勉,携手共创全国文明城市:
一、工作开展情况 (1)“五清一改”整治工作。全乡扎实开展农村人居环境整治专项活动,乡美丽办开展人居环境整治国道和县道巡查5次,通报3次,交办整治任务30余项,河沟渠塘清淤40条约17公里,发动群众投工投劳935人,清理乱搭乱建68处共计1233平米,有效整治了道路沿线有碍观瞻的无功能建筑物,清除破旧广告牌237余块,开展入村宣传450余次,发放相关宣传单2000余份。清理农村生活垃圾743吨,同时清理农村生产废弃物32吨,村庄整治收到良好效果。 (2)美丽乡村建设工程。2020年省级美丽乡村柏山村左家榨中心村和孤峰村孤峰中心村已完成项目验收,正在等待县级报账。2021年市级美丽乡村泉水村塘埂中心村已完成项目验收,正在等待县级报账。2021年省级美丽乡村华盘村油榨中心村建设项目施工方已进场施工,目前已完成亮化工程、古井节点打造、游步道铺设、休闲游园建设,正在进行污水管网的铺设和卫生改厕。2023年市级美丽乡村项目已批复,为泉水村河北中心村和景山村山榜中心村,目前已完成第一轮造价,正在准备招投标事宜。*乡2021年孤峰村、华盘村“生态美”超市已完成建设并投入使用,正在准备2023年新桥村“五美”超市。 (3)改厕工作。2023年我乡10个村共有改厕任务700户,于2023年5月26日-5月27日进行了招投标,截止6月10日已完成改厕392户,预计7月初完成全部改厕任务,后续将开展验收和审计工作。对2021年300户改厕进行了排查,发现3处问题,已安排整改完毕。(4)示范点建设情况。*乡根据我乡实际,每个行政村选择了一到两个村民组进行全覆盖、高标准进行整治,树立整治典型,起到模范作用。目前已完成整治17个示范点,部分示范点达到美丽乡村标准,并实现了百姓参与、家禽圈养。
老师,同学们:早上好!记得有人说过:“人,一撇一捺,写起来容易做起来难。”该做怎样的人呢,一百个人会有一百种答案,但在每一个答案的背后都有一个基点,那就是做人首先要做一个文明的人。本周,我校将迎接泉州市“文明学校”县级考评,今天我国旗下讲话的题目是“让文明的校园更文明”。有这么两则报道,一则说的是新加坡。新加坡是一个通用英语的发达国家,虽然有一部分人使用中文,但是这个国家的公共场所的各种标语都是用英语书写的。但其中的一些文明礼貌的标语,如“不准随地吐痰”、“禁止吸烟”、“不准进入草坪”等却用中文书写,为什么呢?曾经有一位大使问过新加坡当局,得到的回应是:“因为有这些不文明行为的,大多数是中国大陆的游客。”为此,到新加坡考察的一位中学校长语重心长地说:“不文明行为就是国耻。”另一则是中央电视台曾经报道过。某年国庆节后的天安门广场,随处可见口香糖残迹,40万平方米的天安门广场上竟有60万块口香糖残渣,有的地方不到一平方米的地面上,竟有9块口香糖污迹,密密麻麻的斑痕与天安门广场的神圣和庄严形成了强烈反差。
大家早上好!今天,是个特殊的日子。在这金秋送爽的九月,我们又迎来了一年一度的中秋节,又将欣赏到皓月当空的美景,当我们仰望苍穹时,脑海中定会浮现起那优美的诗句:“人有悲欢离合,月有阴晴圆缺,此事古难全”。是啊,人生有诸多事情难以两全,多少在外求学和工作的人们,为了自己的理想,此时不能回到亲人身边。正所谓,“每逢佳节倍思亲。”中秋节一直被人们喻为最具有人情味,最富有诗情画意的节日,而这一天天上的月亮又分外明亮,分外的圆,所以又叫团圆节。中秋赏月,民间一直流传着多个不同的传说和美丽的神话故事,当然最为人们熟悉的是《嫦娥奔月》了。在多民族的我国,有二十多个民族也在欢庆中秋节,虽然庆祝方式各异,但其寓意,也都是在祁求国泰民安,丰衣足食,团团圆圆,平平安安。所以这天都以月饼作为礼物,亲友间互相赠送,以取团圆之意。团圆节也让我们更加深切盼望海峡两岸同胞们早日团圆,祖国的统一大业早日实现。
