工作总结想写“出彩”，要做到“三要三不要”
撰写工作总结是为了总结成绩，需要全面发力，所以不能深挖，深挖必然会头重脚轻，让篇幅整个失去平衡，显得不协调。这就要求我们在撰写工作总结时学会“蜻蜓点水”，点到为止。当然，这里要求不深挖细剖，不是让我们记流水账，把一年来的工作一二三四的记下来。工作总结虽然要“全”，但也要突出一个“亮”字，要把一年来干得亮点、成效展现出来。这里要做到这一点，可以采取“措施+成效”的技巧，简单点一下做法，就列举出主要成效，用数字、名次、奖励等说话。3.从语言上来说，不能“辞藻华丽”，而要平实质朴。孔子曾经讲过：“辞达而已矣”。意思就是说意思表达到位就可以了，不必过多追求文辞。由于工作总结是对内的，目的就是总结过去工作成效，总结不足，为下一步工作开展打好基础。所以，一篇高质量的工作总结，不在于表面语言的花里胡哨。外在形式在高大上，语言用得再美，没有实际内容，没说到点子上，工作成绩没展现出来，没提炼到位，也算不上一篇好的工作总结。所以，撰写工作总结不需要过多去修饰，而是用简洁的语言，实打实把过去一年自己干了什么，干得怎么样讲清楚，说明白就可以了。
