关于人才队伍建设情况的调研报告
2、社会工作人才队伍的分类。社会工作人才所服务的范围和领域相当宽泛，涉及到社会发展的方方面面。就城关区来看，社会工作人才广泛分布在社会管理和服务的各个领域、各个层次、各个方面，具有跨部门、跨行业、跨所有制、高度分散的特点。正在发挥着预防和解决社会问题，维护社会稳定的重要作用。就目前城关区社会工作人才分布和发挥作用的领域看，主要应划分为五种类型。一是救助救济型社会工作人才。主要在社会救助、减灾救灾、司法矫正等方面发挥作用;二是传播先进文化型社会工作人才。主要在教育辅导、文化传播、信息建设等方面发挥作用;三是权益保护型社会工作人才。主要在维护妇女、儿童、企业职工权益，关心下一代等方面发挥作用;四是公共服务型社会工作人才。主要在教育、卫生、社区建设、计划生育等方面发挥作用;五是社会管理型社会工作人才。主要是指社会管理和社会服务部门的负责人及其工作人员。按照划分的五种类型，我们对全区社会工作人才进行了一次调查摸底，重新进行了登记造册，分别建立了档案和人才库，实现了分类管理。

利用计算器进行有理数的计算教案教学设计

丰富的图形世界 展开与折叠教案教学设计

三角形的有关证明 3 直角三角形教案教学设计
