老师们，同学们，大家上午好!今天我国旗下讲话的主题是：学“八礼四仪”，让文明传承。全国都在开展文明礼仪养成教育，强调要突出抓好未成年人的“八礼四仪”，具体包括仪表之礼、餐饮之礼、言谈之礼、待人之礼、行走之礼、观赏之礼、游览之礼、仪式之礼这八个方面的礼仪教育。四仪是指7岁入学仪式;10岁成长仪式;14岁青春仪式;18岁成人仪式。这套“八礼四仪”融入了“爱、善、诚、勤、俭、美”六种理念和价值取向，注重从生活细节入手，未成年人易懂易学易做。“八礼四仪”是传承文明的需要。古老的中华民族自古以来就享有“礼仪之邦”的美称。在五千年悠久的历史长河中，不但创造了灿烂的文化，而且形成了古老民族的传统美德，很多优良的、传统的礼仪规范，直至今天仍然有很强大的生命力，它是中华民族的宝贵的精神财富。

社团，这是一个我们并不陌生的词汇，自从我们来到学校的第一天起，我们就对社团有了很深的印象，社团是我们学生自己的组织，我们每个人都有自己的兴趣爱好，拥有共同爱好的同学走到一起，结成了兴趣社团，拥有不同爱好的同学纷纷走到一起，就组成了七中精彩纷呈的社团大家庭。社团生活已经成为了同学们校园生活的一个重要部分。我们的大七中拥有各种各样的学生社团。在学校的大力支持下我们先后创办了文学社，象棋社，天文社，机器人社，动漫社，模拟飞行社，话剧社，3D打印社，街舞社等等社团，只要我们是一个有兴趣爱好的人，总能在大七中找到相应的社团。当然，如果现有的社团没有满足你的兴趣需求，你也可以向学生会申请成立一个新的社团，去发展更多与你志同道合的人。加入社团的大家庭，你能够与其他同学一起合作建设自己的社团组织，能够通过共同的兴趣爱好结识更多的朋友，能够让你有机会在你感兴趣的领域从菜鸟级玩家发展为骨灰级玩家，能够开拓更广阔的视野而不是仅仅做一只井底之蛙……总之，加入社团，你将深刻体会到“我的爱好我作主”的乐趣。

尊敬的领导、老师，亲爱的同学们：早上好！今天我发言的主题是：团结就是力量！曾经有人问闻名世界的指挥家卡拉扬：“你是如何指挥世界著名的交响乐团？”卡拉扬说：“我只强调三个音来使我的乐队变成团队。首先强调，‘起音’；起音不齐，乐曲就乱。第二个是个人的‘专业音’，不管是吹喇叭的还是打鼓的，要表现出自己专业上认为是最好的、最出色的音。第三个音则是‘团队音’，当你打出自己的专业音之后，还要考虑到整体，是不是会成为干扰别人的音。”卡拉扬说的多好呀！我们的学校，我们的班级，我们的学习，我们的生活不也都需要这样的团队精神吗？如果把我们的班级比作一只乐队，那么共同的集体目标就是我们的“起音”，发挥每个人的才能是我们的“专业音”，同心协力，团结奋斗就是我们的“团队音”。

有一天读到一篇文章，文中写到：“人到底是怎么老的？早晨洗脸是一天的开始；晚上洗脸是一天的结束。洗着洗着，人就老了。”亲爱的同学们，不要吃惊，不错，人就是这样老的。拿出自己中的照片，那个没有牙齿的小毛头，怎么眨眼工夫就成了今天翩翩少年呢？爸爸妈妈的结婚照片还没有开始发黄，怎么鬓边就有了白发？还有你那满脸皱纹的爷爷奶奶，问起这个问题，他们准会喃喃地说“人老起来真快，一辈子不知不觉就过去了。”是这样，“时光只解催人老”。小时候读到这句话和朱自清先生的《匆匆》，并不理解其中含义。待明白它后才惊觉时间已在不知不觉中匆匆溜走，青春一去不复返了。所以，亲爱的同学们，我希望你们能知道，在我们生活的空间中，时间第一，它是最宝贵的资源，同时，它也最容易溜走，被浪费。写作文时，很多同学爱用“日月如梭，光阴似箭。”我觉得，没有哪个词能比它们更好地形容时间的特性。岁月无情啊。亲爱的同学们，请不要觉得自己还小，觉得时间还很多，觉得离“老”还很远，可以有大把的时间来挥霍——如果你这样想，这样做，就会像许多人一样，满头白发时问自己：我怎么就老了呢，我怎么还仅仅在学海的中心，距离理想的彼岸还如此遥远呢？
