尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们:大家早上好!带着对暑假生活的美好记忆，怀着对新学期新生活的美好向往，我们又回到了宁静的校园，欢聚一堂，并聚集在庄严的国旗下，此时老师和你们一样，心情是非常高兴的。对我们可爱的同学来说，今天是我们成长历程中一个全新的起点;对我们可敬的老师来说，今天是又一段辉煌事业的开始;对我们可亲的学校来说，它所引领的，必将是铁锁关中学灿烂的每一天!这一学期，我们的学校又增加了241名一年级新的学生，你们是我们的新成员、新朋友，对你们的加入表示最衷心地欢迎。秋天是收获的季节，秋天从来都属于辛勤耕耘的人们。在刚刚过去的一学年里，全校师生齐心协力、辛勤工作、努力拼搏，在教育教学质量和师生队伍建设等方面都取得了可喜的成绩，学校在各个方面都得到稳步的发展。亲爱的同学们，成绩已经成为过去，面对新学年新的任务、新的挑战，我们要更加努力。新学期中，我们每一位老师都怀着巨大的企盼期待着你们在阳光下健康快乐的成长。新的一学期开启新的希望,新的空白承载新的梦想。为了让我们的梦想能成为现实，在这里，我向同学们提几点希望和要求：

老师们，同学们，大家好：春耕夏耘，经风沐雨，当金风送爽的时候，当绿色渐渐隐去，硕果挂满枝头的时候，我们终于迎来了五谷丰登、硕果飘香的金秋。当金桂的馨香飘逸在南阳上空的时候，当我校中考升学提高率第一，开学率第四，取得全区瞩目的骄人业绩的时候，我们又相聚在美丽的校园，迎来了一个新的学年，开始了新的学习生活。今天我们隆重集会，召开新学期开学典礼。首先请允许我代表学校领导班子向辛勤工作的全体教师致以诚挚的问候和崇高的敬意!向升入理想学校的同学们表示衷心的祝贺，向在校的全体同学祝福，祝福你们也能像你们的师哥师姐一样攀登知识的高峰，实现升学的理想!在刚刚过去的一个学期里,全校师生齐心协力,辛勤工作,努力拼搏,教育教学秩序井然,管理机构正常运转,后勤保障有力,办学质量稳步提高,精神文明建设扎实推进,校园文化日益繁荣,校园文明环境进一步优化,学校各项工作都取得了长足的进步.今年我校中考取得了升学率的提高率全区第一、升学率全区第四的辉煌成绩. 张丽菊、朱诗玉、范维、赵越老师在我区教师教学竞赛中取得了可喜的成绩，尤其是赵越老师在区名师选拔赛中取得了第三名的好成绩;金丽、赵越老师还是省优秀课教师。我校还进入了市文明单位的行列。所有这些，都是师生们拚搏进取的结果，在这里我代表学校感谢你们!祝福你们!
