一是工作体系不断完善。去年，市县两级全面完成行政审批服务机构设立工作，市本级以及×个县市区成立了行政审批服务局，乡镇（街道）成立了政务服务中心、村（社区）成立便民服务中心，加之这几年“放管服”改革和“三集中三到位”改革深入，全市政务管理服务的组织领导体系、标准规范体系、平台体系更加完备，基本形成了市级统筹、部门协同、整体联动、线上线下融通的行政审批服务体系。
