大学生暑期三下乡的调研报告三篇

(一)工作开展情况 近年来，我市不断加大矿山修复和综合整治力度，建立市级领导巡山责任制，市级领导定期、不定期逐矿实地检查，将矿山生态该修复列为全市34项重点工作之一，建立了矿山修复及综合整治联席会议制度，市委、市政府主要领导多次实地调研、听取专题汇报、安排部署工作，深入解剖问题，破解整治难题。出台了《xxx市露天矿山综合整治三年行动计划》，做到责任到人，跟踪到位和落实到位，市有关局委落实分包县(市、区)督导制度，实行驻地督导、捆绑问责。全面落实“三级”包矿、“两级”包片责任制，实现无死角管控，开展联合督查，建立问题整改台账，持续跟踪问效，确保取得实效。

（一）建设单位的责任。建设单位在工程建设体系过程中处在优势地位，其安全生产重视程度直接影响监理单位和施工单位的安全责任意识及其对工程项目的安全管理力度。目前，因建设单位导致重大生产安全事故发生的比例始终较高。究其原因：一是不办理安全措备案擅自开工建设，规避监管。二是将工程发包给不具备安全生产许可证的施工单位或者支解发包。三是要求施工单位垫资施工，导致安全投入严重不足。四是强令施工单位抢工期、冒险作业等。五是国家和省相关法律、法规中对建设单位约束比较笼统，责任也较轻
对公共卫生体系建设情况的调研报告
1、机构设置情况： 经过多年的建设，全县目前已形成了设施和功能相对齐全的县乡村三级公共卫生工作网络和服务体系，拥有一支人员充备的卫生专业技术和卫生监督执法队伍。全县共有各级各类医疗卫生机构238个，其中县级综合医院1所，中医院1所，卫生防疫站1所、妇幼保健所1所，乡(镇)卫生院16所，培训中心、红会门诊部、预防保健站各1所，村医疗站168家，个体及社会办医疗机构47家。我县未成立卫生监督所，县卫生防疫站兼疾病控制、卫生监督、信息报告、突发公共卫生事件处置等职能，具体卫生监督执法业务由卫生防疫站监督一科、二科承担，主要担负全县食品卫生、公共场所卫生、化妆品卫生、学校卫生、职业卫生、生活饮用水卫生、放射卫生、消毒卫生、传染病防治执法监督管理工作。
