餐饮加盟合同书范本
一、基本要求1、店铺面积（含厨房）： 平方米以上。2、加盟费：一次性付清 元（ ）。3、合同期限：三年（合同期满后乙方如需继续经营应到总店另签合同）。4、加盟店无权受理其它加盟店，如需加盟或开分店应向总店提出申请。二、保护区域总店保证加盟店方圆3公里内无其他授权门店，保障加盟店的区域利益。三、甲方责任和义务1、同等品质，品牌，价格的物质上在加盟店当地就近购置。2、凡属总店经营特色的物资供应，由总店统一配送。3、甲方负责对乙方的厨师进行专业培训（不另行收费，乙方交通费用自理）。4、甲方负责有偿提供经营特色菜品的物资供应，以确保加盟店口味与总店一致。 5、甲方提供各项产品组合。总店收费原则为：先付款后发货的原则进行配送。乙方一次性付清加盟费（ ）后，甲方履行上述义务。
工程建设监理委托合同
1.乙方拥有合同中规定的权力，并承担相应全部责任。2.乙方必须具有履行本合同书所需的技能、谨慎与勤奋，必须按照监理的职业准则完成其全部职责。3.在监理过程中监理单位如需另聘专家咨询或协助，在监理服务责任以内发生的费用，由乙方承担；超出监理服务责任并发生费用，应征得甲方书面同意后，由甲方承担费用。4.乙方按附录C按时自带规定的设备、材料和设施。具体使用协议在附录C中规定。5.乙方必须按附录E规定派出监理工作需要的监理人员及项目监理机构。其主要人员资格和服务条件须经甲方审查同意，甲方不得无理由地拒绝。甲方同意乙方根据监理目标需要提出的工程监理组织机构，并确认总监理工程师。6.监理应按本合同规定的人员在各规定期限内进行。为保证监理的有效实施，乙方可在该期限内作出合理调整。若更换现场人员，应代之同等技能的人员，其中主要监理人员的更换需经甲方同意，乙方派驻现场监理人员应连续稳定，保证监理工作正常进行。7.乙方有本监理项目的质量否决权、签发付款凭证权和开工、停工、返工和复工命令权。8.乙方向甲方收取的报酬，是其关于本合同书的唯一报酬。乙方及其人员不得接受与本合同书有关的或与其承担义务有关的其他津贴、回扣等报酬和非直接支付。9.乙方在监理的过程中，不得泄露甲方申明的秘密，乙方亦不得泄露设计、承包等单位提供并申明的秘密。第八条 调解与仲裁。在合同执行过程中，如甲乙双方发生争端，双方应首先本着相互谅解、信任、平等互利原则充分协商，解决争端；若协商失败，任何一方均可向监理主管部门申请调解争端；若调解无效，任何一方可依法要求仲裁。双方同意由______________仲裁委员会仲裁。在调解和仲裁过程中，双方应保证工程建设正常进行。第九条 违约责任由甲方原因要求终止合同，甲方应至少提前2个月通知乙方，并要承担违约责任，支付约定赔偿费用。由乙方原因要求终止合同，乙方应至少提前2个月通知甲方，并要承担违约责任，支付约定赔偿费用。
上海市优惠价房买卖合同

土地联产承包合同
