敬爱的各位领导、老师，亲爱的同学们：大家早上好!当新的一天开始，鲜艳的五星红旗冉冉升起，我内心便充满着对生活的感激，对长辈和同事的感恩，包含着我对六班的孩子们割舍不下深深的情谊!非常荣幸今天能站在国旗下讲话。我今天讲话的主题是：爱班教育。每一位翔宇学子进校时都有属于自己的班级。我们在场的每一位同学都不是一个完全独立的学生而存在。我们生活在集体中，我们是集体中的一员。我们的一言一行不仅仅代表着个人，更代表着班级和学校。我们要用自己的言行举止来提升班级的综合素养和学校的综合素养。而我们应该如何来爱我们的班级呢？爱班就是在校园内外见到师长记得喊老师好！不要因为自己的害羞而给老师留下一个不懂礼貌的背影。爱班就是真正做到不乱丢乱扔垃圾。让我们每天走过的校园只留下四季变化的痕迹，而没有垃圾的背影。爱班就是要求我们周一周五记得穿上校服。每天班级的清洁工作要按时完成，给大家营造一个干净的舒适的学习环境。

初中生国旗下讲话(节约粮食)范文一老师们，同学们，早上好!今天我们国旗下讲话的题目是《节约粮食 文明用餐》。锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。一首耳熟能详的诗，道尽了天下很多劳动人民的心声。节约，是中华民族的优良传统。可是，在我们校园里，经常可以看到这样的现象，有些同学餐盘中的午餐只吃了几口，就往垃圾桶里一扔，不一会儿垃圾桶里就倒满了剩菜剩饭，看着真是令人感到可惜!是呀，可惜。但那只不过是很多人内心想法，尽管可惜，却还是毫不犹豫、理所当然地去浪费!而粮食是从农民伯伯长满老茧的手中困难地“流”出来的。对于我们来说粮食也不怎么贵，所以有许多人会浪费粮食，对于这些人来说粮食只是一种好不值钱的东西，但是其实它是沾过农民伯伯辛勤汗水的宝贵物品。我们不应该浪费粮食!“一粥一饭，当思来之不易：一丝一缕，恒念物力维艰”的古训曾深深萦绕心间，曾几何时，我们摒弃了这条美德，残渣剩饭的身影随处可见。只有存有节约的意识，珍惜每一粒粮食，吃饭时不偏食，不挑食，不扔剩饭菜，和父母外出在餐馆用餐时点菜要适量，吃不完的饭菜应该打包带回家，积极响应“光盘行动”，我们才这是每个人都能做，也应该做的。

四、现场办公下基层。推动现场办公下基层，着力解决好人民群众最关心最直接最现实的问题，是该区对领导干部在主题教育中“重实践”“建新功”的硬性要求。调查研究现场办公。区县级及以上领导在开展调查研究过程中，对现场能解决的问题及时协调解决。截至目前，通过开展调查研究现场办公解决的问题32个。深入企业现场办公。强化服务意识，持续优化营商环境，牢固树立“一切围绕企业、一切为了企业、一切服务企业”的理念，加强与企业的沟通联系，积极做好企业帮扶工作，主动深入挂点企业及在建项目，宣传相关惠企政策，针对企业生产所存在的问题，现场协调解决。截至目前，帮助企业协调解决用电、供水、招工等问题87个。“民事直达”现场办公。结合全区工作实际，研究制定了工作方案，通过“说事”“办事”“回访”三个环节，及时回应和解决广大人民群众急难愁盼问题。以每月15日召开的“民事直达”现场会为抓手，对群众诉求简单、村（社区）有能力解决的小矛盾、小纠纷、小问题，现场及时处理、当场反馈结果，切实做到小事不出村（社区）。截至目前，现场处理相关事情21件，得到了涉事群众的好评。

校本研培，促进中青年教师专业化成长工作制度
根据发展需要，学校制定校本研培，促进中青年教师专业化成长发展计划，有计划地开展对中青年教师的培养提高工作。 2、45岁以下的中青年教师必须及时对个人发展做好全面规划，并写好书面计划统一上交学校。以学年度为单位，凡是未及时上交者，每份扣款10元。 3、学校校长，教科处，教导处随时对中青年教师，特别是新参加工作的教师的教学“六认真”情况，进行检查、总结，对出现的问题进行指导和提出改进意见。督促其快速成长。 4、鼓励教师参加各种形式的学历提高，要求45岁以下的教师，小学达专科，中学必须达本科，未达标者，须在三年内，最迟不超过四年达标，否则，将对其所担任的工作进行重点调换。 5、在职参加学历学习达标者，学校给予200元的补助奖励。
