半年来，在代教老师的悉心指导下，我熟练掌握了心血管系统如高血压、冠心病、心律失常、心力衰竭、心肌炎、心肌病、瓣膜病等各种常见病、多发病的诊断和治疗，并在CCU中对心血管科各种急危重症的治疗和抢救流程有了一定的熟悉和掌握；我还熟练掌握了心血管科疾病的问诊方法、技巧、查体要点和常规药品准确、合理应用，能够独立完成心电图机的操作，掌握了阅读心电图的要点，能够准确出具报告单；同时，我还观摩学习了冠脉造影及支架植入、永久起搏器植入、心脏电生理检查和射频消融等各种介入治疗。
