北京市房屋出租代理合同
一、本合同为北京市国土资源和房屋管理局与北京市工商行政管理局共同制订的示范文本，供出租方委托房地产经纪机构（代理方）代理出租房屋使用。签约前当事人应仔细阅读合同各项条款，未尽事宜可在第十五条“其他约定事项”中或在合同附件中予以明确。二、出租方应当出示下列材料：（一）房屋权属证明；（二）身份证明；（三）共有人同意出租的证明；（四）将房屋出租给境外人员及外资机构的，还应具备涉外安全审查批准文件。三、房地产经纪机构（代理方）应当出示下列材料：（一）营业执照；（二）房地产经纪机构资质证书；（三）房地产经纪人员从业资格证明；（四）交纳租赁代理保证金的有关凭证。四、双方应共同查验房屋内的设施、设备，填写《房屋附属设施、设备清单》并签字盖章。五、合同内的空格部分可由双方根据实际情况约定填写。六、出租方可通过登录“北京房地产交易信息网（ ）”查询房地产经纪机构租赁代理保证金情况。
北京市房屋租赁合同
一、本合同为北京市国土资源和房屋管理局与北京市工商行政管理局共同制订的示范文本，供房屋租赁双方当事人约定使用，但不适用于执行政府规定租金标准的公有房屋的租赁关系。签订合同前，双方当事人应仔细阅读合同各项条款，未尽事宜可在第十八条“其他约定事项”或合同附件中予以明确。二、签订合同前，租赁双方应相互交验有关身份证明及房屋权属证明。三、接受他人委托代理出租房屋的，应在签订本合同前出示委托人开具的授权委托书或出租代理合同，向承租方明示代理权限。四、租赁双方应共同查验房屋内的设施、设备，填写《房屋附属设施、设备清单》并签字盖章。五、合同内的空格部分可由租赁双方根据实际情况约定填写。六、本合同签订之日起30日内租赁双方应按规定到房屋所在地的区县国土资源和房屋管理局或其委托的机构办理房屋租赁合同登记备案手续。
房屋拆迁安置补偿合同
甲方因建设需要，必须拆除乙方使用的房屋，根据城市房屋拆迁安置补偿法规、政策的有关规定，甲乙双方经协商就房屋拆迁安置补偿达成如下协议。 第一条 房屋拆迁依据 建设项目名称 ，建设地点 ，建设单位 《拆迁许可证》文号 。 第二条 被拆除房屋现状 （一） 乙方在拆迁范围内有房屋 间，建筑面积 平方米，使用面积 平方米，居住面积 方米。 （二） 乙方有正式户口 人。常住人口 人，应安置人口 人．分别是（姓名、性别、年龄、关系等） 。（三）被拆迁房屋的产权属于 。 第三条 拆迁安置 （一）乙方安置到 ，房屋 间，建筑面积 平方米，使用面积 平方米，居住面积 平方米、甲方负责为乙方办理住房进住手续。 （二）乙方临时过渡到 ，房屋 间。 （三）乙方临时过渡期限自 年 月 日至 年 月 日。 甲方保证乙方在过渡期限内回迁，乙方在收到正式安置通知 日内，应迁入安置用房用。 第四条 安置房屋的标准 1．甲方提供给乙方的安置房屋，其建造标准应当符合 颁发的 标准； 2．建造质量应当符合 ； 3．房屋内应当有以下设施 （1） （2） （3） （4） （5） 第五条 拆迁安置房屋产权 （一）乙方被安置房屋的产权属于 乙方应与 签订房屋租赁合同并交纳民租及其他费用。 （二）乙方被安置房屋的产权属于 甲、乙双方应另行签订 买卖合同，持该合同办理房屋产权签订手续，该合同作为本合同附件与本合同具有同等法律的约束力。 第六条 房屋拆迁补助 甲方支付乙方搬家补助费 元；临时过渡费（含交能补助、供暖补助等） 元；转学补助费 元；提前搬家奖励费 元；其他补助费 元，共计人民币 元。
