一、班级基本情况我班有学生47人，学生们上学期刚入学，对于学校的校纪校规了解不足，无法很好的遵守学校纪律，这学期在这方面一定要加强教育和管理。所以一定要树立良好的班风，把学生培养成有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的一代新人。从上学期期末考试情况来分析，班级整体各科平均成绩在整个年级成绩偏低，过差率较高，学生两极分化情况严重，为了本学期能顺利开展各项工作，根据学生的实际情况，这学期我的主要工作是围绕端正班风、学风，全面提升我班各科成绩为重点展开。
