我也是农村长大的孩子，在农村的日子就是我整个童年，虽然没有城市的繁荣和物质基础，但在农村我就是一只自由自在、欢乐无比的小鸟。走进白石小学，我仿佛又回到了我那个自由洒脱的童年。孩子们的欢声笑语，孩子们的调皮捣蛋，还有孩子们的聪明伶俐，无不让我感到开心和幸福。这种幸福感不像是亲人朋友给予的爱，而是把你带进你无法回到的过去的难忘时光。在我们安排的课程中，里面大多数是以第二课堂为主。为了吸引孩子们的注意和培养他们的兴趣，我们也是使出浑身解数，让课程变得有趣而不乏味。虽然经历了当老师的辛苦，但孩子们带给我们的欢乐和感动让我们觉得一切都值得。在我所参与的课堂中，我看到了“老师们”的窘迫，但孩子们却还是学得很认真笑得很开心。这就是我们现在无法相比的，孩子们的天真热情，单纯可爱，让我们这些最初不抱好想法的大学生感到温暖，很快，我们就融入其中了。

在我们教授孩子们知识的同时，也受到孩子们很多的启发。比如说，在课堂上我按照自己的备课套路跟孩子们讲课，孩子们有的时候并没有听进去。确切地说是没有听懂。作为一位准教师，我没有按照实际情况去衡量，不仅没有预想的效果，反而造成孩子厌学的情绪。经过多次授课，我们在孩子们身上反馈的信息比我们教给孩子们的还要丰富。所以有时我都觉得，其实三下乡最大的作用是教会我们这些大学生如何成长为一个合格的老师的。还有在孩子们身上学到的乐观、坚强，都是我遗失了很久的宝贝。

中班健康《蔬菜王国》说课稿
经过观察我发现多数孩子不喜欢吃蔬菜，由于营养不均衡，从而出现了不少的小胖墩，还有的孩子有便秘现象，严重影响了幼儿身体的正常发育和身心健康。针对这些现实问题，结合新《纲要》教育要为幼儿一生的发展打好基础的精神。我以南京教材大班健康活动《怎样吃最有营养》为蓝本，设计了本次活动《蔬菜王国》，目的在于引起幼儿对蔬菜的注意和兴趣，从而产生喜爱蔬菜和喜欢吃蔬菜的情感和意识。如果只是空洞地说教蔬菜如何有营养、要多吃蔬菜，幼儿会感到枯燥无味，教育效果不会好。根据幼儿身心发展和学习的特点，我选择了看动画、做游戏、动手操作等活动形式，使幼儿能在轻松愉快的气氛中受到感染，建立与蔬菜的情感，同时其感知、观察能力，积极思维、敏捷反应的能力，动手操作的能力还有安全意识和卫生习惯都会得到有效的培养。

猴王出世（说课稿）
《猴王出世》节选自四大名著之一《西游记》第一回“灵根育孕源流出 心性修持大道生”。选作课文时有改动。课文主要写了花果山上一块仙石孕育了一只石猴，这石猴与群猴玩耍时，因敢于第一个跳进水帘洞，被群猴拜为猴王，表现了石猴活泼可爱、敢作敢为的特点。课文按事情发展的顺序，可分为两个部分。第一部分讲石猴出世及他的生活情况。第二部分讲石猴和群猴一起寻找山涧源头，来到瀑布旁，石猴第一个跳进瀑布，竟发现了水帘洞。最后群猴进入水帘洞，拜石猴为王。第二部分：说目标依据新课标，我将本课时的教学目标分解为7个小目标：1.正确认读生字，掌握要求会写的生字。2.能用普通话正确、流利、有感情地朗读课文。3.初步感受《西游记》的语言风格，积累文中经典词句。4.借助词典、联系上下文，理解词语在语言环境中的恰当意义。
